Systemic illnesses that limit exercise capacity or necessitate specific training considerations are an example of a special need.

Though often used to induce relaxation, Swedish massage techniques can be used to treat troubled muscle areas in a therapeutic and specific way. Swedish massage can be provided in a variety of ways - slower, deeper and more or less rhythmic, with varying emphasis on different parts of the body.
I started at Cooper Massage & Therapy after having gastric bypass surgery. My goal was to get "in shape". I have not only gained physical strength, but nutritional strength as well. Mark, for me, set himself apart from other personal trainers I have worked with in this. He is extremely knowledgable about the physical body and has targeted specific areas for me.
Q: How often should I exercise? A: The answer depends on several things. An individual should set up goals to establish how much time and effort they are willing to give to this endeavor. Generally, cardio exercise should be incorporated 3-4 days a week for at least 30 or more minutes per day, ultimately to help improve a person's endurance.
