Riverside Kids is a fitness center designed especially for kids ages 1-10 to enhance their motor skills through interactive play, sports and games. Our unique programs promote positive self-esteem and confidence through physical fitness. Our creative, safe, clean and fun environment directs your child's energy into a lifelong love for physical activity.

Services
Riverside Kids Gym is a truly unique facility specifically designed to enhance children's physical development. Riverside Kids offers innovative fitness programs for children from 1 to 10 years of age. The gym area includes equipment such as a balance beam, parallel bars and rings. A separate room offers an area with artificial turf for various activities including soccer, baseball, football, tug of war and more!.
Our Parent/Child classes enhance your child's physical and cognitive skills using gross motor movements in a safe and nurturing environment. Kids will be introduced to basic tumbling while developing healthy risk-taking and problem solving skills. Come check out our newly re-designed Bunny Hops class!
Feel free to leave your kids (3+) in our care and take this opportunity to get in a work-out of your own at Riverside Health and Fitness Center! Open Gym time is available during all RHFC Classes Monday-Thursday! We can accommodate clubs and organizations into our schedule and offer discounted rates for groups.
Riverside Kids facility enables children of various ages and abilities to participate and enjoy the party together in our extremely clean and safe environment. Riverside Kids parties are unique: Events are customizable by selecting games, activities and music to be played. Choose from our zip line, parachute, obstacle course, and many more selections!.
