BOLT Fitness & Performance Training
BOLT Fitness was built with one purpose: To help people age 40 and older lose weight, get stronger, and become the best versions of themselves through pain-free fitness and real-world nutrition. But I know once I get through the door, the coaches and the awesome people at BOLT will get me through the next 45 minutes and I'll be better for it when the session is done.

Prioritize non-processed foods 80-90% of the time while allowing themselves to enjoy the other 10-20% with pizza, wine, ice cream, and all of the other wonderful things life has to offer. For those who prefer a more intimate setting or require a more customized plan. We work with you every step of the way both inside and outside of the gym to make sure you are exercising safely, staying on track, and getting results.

What separates us from the rest of the world, is that we have dedicated our entire lives to figuring out the best way to navigate this health and fitness stuff. Michael Baker is a Fitness and Physical Preparation Specialist with a mission to guide adults and athletes to become the best version of themselves through fitness and performance training.
I am not really sure where to start, but it is easiest to say that going to BOLT has literally changed my life. In recent years, I had become a bit of a couch potato and the thought of exercising scared me. I was so unfit that the thought of joining a gym TERRIFIED me.

I managed to get a little bit of exercise by going on my elliptical at home, but the only person motivating me was myself and as we all know, any excuse and we will avoid doing things that don't come easily to us.My friend suggested we try the BOLT for the 30-day promotion. I had never set foot in any gym before and was only considering it because my friend was going.

BOLT has been a huge part of my fitness and athletic journey. I personally did private sessions with Moe as I trained to prepare for D1 college volleyball. Each session was specially designed for my needs to increase my agility, strength, and speed. All of the trainers there are extremely knowledgeable and give you there all no matter the time of day or night. Not to mention, the other members of BOLT are also supportive, encouraging, and determined which made BOLT feel like fam! BOLT is definitely the place to go no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

Bolt isn't just about working out! Besides the excellent work outs that the trainers can tweak to match your needs, they care about your health! They have awesome coaches who help you with diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and overall well being because they truly care. I have learned so much and am constantly encouraged and motivated in ways to stay healthy. Love this place!

I just want to update my review to include how Bolt has handled the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The team has worked tirelessly for months to make sure that all of us who are comfortable working out at the facility feel safe. The gym is spotless and it is obvious how often it is thoroughly cleaned. In addition, for the members who prefer to exercise form home, the daily virtual training sessions are still going on each day. They have gone above and beyond to make the member's health and fitness as the priority. I cannot say enough about the Bolt Team....they are exceptional people who care

I joined BOLT Fitness in July 2018 and for the last two years I have been consistent. The difference with BOLT is that they are concerned about your health & wellness first and foremost. The coaches are amazing and if you trust the process you will see results and feel better than you ever have. Nothing worth it is ever easy, but the team at BOLT are there for you every step of the way. Also, my 18yr old son soon to be college athlete and 14 yr old son also both go to BOLT as well. Best decision ever made!

If you want a great facility and a great workout call BOLT! They are the best!! As a grandma of a 2 1/2 year grandson, I am happy to say I have no limitations on what I can do with him! I am strong and agile because of the different workouts that BOLT offers.
Mike Baker and the trainers at BOLT stepped up immediately when gyms were shut down because of COVID. They got virtual programs going right away and we never lost momentum on our daily workouts!
The BOLT Family is the best!!!!!

I was never a workout person until I started at BOLT. The entire atmosphere is amazing. Workouts are fun, everyone is supportive, and I feel great. Their wholistic approach to exercise, nutrition, and wellbeing makes it easy to prioritize taking care of yourself. I can’t recommend it enough.

I love BOLT! I joined last year, shortly before we went into lockdown. The support of the coaches through that time (even for a newbie they didn’t really know well) was just beyond. Then when things started to open back up, their ingenuity was clearly on display as they got us back to the gym for outdoor workouts & eventually back into the gym. The coaches are continually creative with the workouts, always there to help if you need a modification, and are great cheerleaders! It’s a friendly, thoughtful, positive atmosphere where people who are serious about fitness are encouraged, treated respectfully, and are surrounded by nothing but positivity from the staff and fellow members. Update: In the first day of the pandemic shutdown, BOLT transitioned to offering online classes via Zoom. All of us were overwhelmed and apprehensive, and it was easy to slip into darkness. But knowing that BOLT was there at 7AM every day helped me get out of bed. I started with day 1, and after 365 days of pandemic living, I had logged 333 workouts with BOLT. The community and coaches kept me (and keep me) going - and my abs have never been stronger! The BOLT team has adapted over time, and they continue to adjust to provide the best atmosphere for staying in shape.

I can't say enough about this gym! I have joined many gyms in the past, but Bolt is by far the best experience yet! It offers the entire package. The workouts are fun, challenging, and always changing. The coaches are amazing! They are positive and inspiring and always make sure you get the most out of every workout, even if it has to be tailored to you. But the best part of all is the community of members that belong here! Everyone pushes each other to try their hardest, and of course to have fun and make friends at the same time. I wouldn't trade this gym for any other!

I had always been a very active person. After completing my 4th marathon in late 2016, I had stopped running and wasn’t active in any way. I wasn’t feeling good about myself and had heard a lot of people around town recommending Bolt Fitness so I decided to give it a try. From the day I started in November 2017, I have never looked back! Bolt is so much more than your typical gym. Mike Baker has built a gym with knowledgeable and inspirational coaches who ensure members are using proper techniques and at the same time push each member to their full potential.
