Everybody that worked on my case was very helpful. All the way from the initial meeting with Jimmy Elliot to the personal assigned to my case Stefani Almada and Erin Montgomery. I really appreciated the level of concern and professionalism from both them. Stefani was really thorough on following up with my appointments, meetings and keeping me updated as to what was going on with my case. Erin didn't sugar coat anything and took my opinion and concerns to heart. Wasn't pushing to finalize my case with out getting the best result given my injury. I would like to thank everyone at Frickey Law for all of their hard work they did for me! My case was a dog bite to my face and I hired them almost immediately to protect my rights. Eric Ballou represented me in a slip and fall case. He was always available to answer any questions and give his suggestions. I worked with Adam and Susan on a workers compensation claim that lasted almost 3 years. Any time dealing with bureaucracies it is best to look out for yourself. I decided early on to go with an attorney to make sure that I was getting comprehensive and fair treatment from the insurer. Adam and Susan always returned my messages in a timely manner and answered questions that I had. My issues were relatively minor this time. If I have future injuries I would use Adam and Susan again as my representatives.

The people at Frickey were wonderful to work with. From the first meeting ,they were understanding and concerned with my case. Once I decided to go with them they went to work on my case.The company they had to deal with was a bit difficult to say the least. It took a while to bring my case to an end but they kept me informed all the way.So if get your hurt at work an need help I would strongly advise you to have the Frickey law firm take a look at your case to see if they can help. After Janet ignored my case for 6 months I asked to be transferred.
Adam McClure took my case. In our first meeting he yelled at me, shamed me for having a walker, said I was difficult and he didn't want my case. He ripped my notebook out of my hands, went thru my personal notes, and demeaned me to the point of tears.
Clearly Janet told him to get rid of me, and his tactic was to verbally abuse me into tears, until I went to another attorney. I don't understand why when I'm already fighting for my health, my insurance and my life...Frickey Law decided to make my case a living
