While this firm is very large and around the state they have a great family feel to it. From the time that you sign up, with all the help that pre litigation and then if you have to go to litigation you will be happy. I would highly recommend that you go to this firm if you have an accident. They will take good care of hoy and make you feel like your family.

There definitely is not another law firm that I would recommend besides the Sawaya Law firm. Zach is the one I would recommend if anything. Whenever I texted him even for just a update on how things were going not once did I have to wait longer then a hour on a reply. Most definitely would go out of his was to get my situation figured out. But not just him Stacey, Carlo, and Sande would go out of there way to help me with my lawsuit. I hired Sawaya Law Firm to handle my car accident when a lovely Colorado reckless drive hit my vehicle with my 9-year-old and 2-year-old in the vehicle. This process has been a nightmare and Sawaya Law Firm has not made it any easier...

After seeing and hearing the multitude of ads on TV and radio for the Sawaya Law Firm - I turned to them when I needed help with a traffic accident while riding in a rideshare!
The length of the case was a bit too long and drawn out (partial fault to COVID) with the exchanging of the case between lawyers. Yet, the lawyer that took care of me best was Jordan Warner! See her for your needs!

Morgan and Nicole were the managers assigned to my case, and I couldn't have asked for better representatives to handle my situation. Mr. Mike Sawaya and his staff are really incredible. For over 3 years I was carried under their wing and went thru a lot of medical issues and complications from an Accident. With no income and medicaid, they ensured I received the best medical. Although I'm still in need of another surgery I know I tried every option. Most of my medical issues were resolved except One to have a neck surgery is left. I have to give extra kudos to Morgan Clonts as he did so much work for me as I was unable to. My Attny Nicole Ruth is also incredible. I'm sure I was a challenging client due to limitations

Apparantly Mike Sawaya has not heard of the First Amendment to the Constitution Freedom of Speech my first Yelp was removed by Sawaya
I will say this again I drove an hour each way to there offices and I was kept waiting for 4 hours Sawaya appeared to be either Drunk or on drugs or both he was rude abusive so I left his offices after 10 minutes of speaking to him and a 6 hour trip a waste of gasoline and $$$$ I would not trust this group to fix a parking ticket for overtime parking schools out

I find it very odd to see the less than happy reviews for Sawaya. My experience was top notch.
I was hit by a car an now I walk like an Egyptian. Well, not exactly, but the long story is tedious and irrelevant. What matters is that I needed legal counsel to manage my claims process with the insurance companies. I was assigned Zach Elsner and Erin Treadwell as my legal team, and could not be happier.
Folks, these things are battles, and not the type that are won in days or weeks, but months, and sometimes years. Zach and Erin were perfectly communicative when I needed to act on something
