The Oregon printing powerhouse known as PORTLAND INK hails from the humblest of beginnings. We started in a garage with a single Direct to Garment (DTG) machine, two guys, and an eye for quality screen printing and apparel design.
Within less than a year, we moved out of the garage and into a 10,000 square-foot facility seated in the heart of beautiful Southeast Portland, Oregon, utilizing an M&R automatic press for large scale production and a fleet of manual printing presses.

Dye-sublimation printing allows us to print photo-quality pictures, images, and designs with as many colors, shades, and hues as your imagination can dream of and your computer can process. Unlike inkjet printing, dye-sublimation uses a heat-based process to embed high-resolution images a pixel at a time on a wide array of materials from polyester fabric to skateboards to metal paneling.

Great experience working with Portland INK. I used there services to get some t-shirts printed. I went back and forth through email with Siouxsie. She walked me through the entire process and all of my options. She saw the whole process through and ensured that all of my products came out just as I wanted them. I was astonished by how great the results were despite not having gone through a sample process. Siouxsie was always quick to email back. The turnaround was astonishing. Amazing quality! The t-shirt printing at Portland INK has always been great and the inventory selection of garment choices is unmatched, but their new sublimation printer is absolutely amazing! We just had some custom banners sublimated for our business and the color is spectacular. They also made our hats, coffee mugs, and branded bottles, that all came out perfect. If you're looking for branded gear or digital sublimation printing with in-house cut & sew for your business, team, or brand, I highly recommend Portland INK.
