Nice place! It's peaceful and beautiful just moved in July 1, 2019 so far so good besides me and the manager playing phone tag on certain issues but I definitely recommend this place! A lil small but beautiful! So far as for atmosphere and surroundings 8 outta 10 's! Will update this post in 90 days!

The Whitman Villa Townhomes is far from crap. As the saying goes you can not please everyone. I have lived here over 5 years and have never once seen dog crap on the premises. The manager Rita, yes, she is strict and expect residents and their children to follow the rules which is fair. She is far from racist, I am not sure if the person in the previous review is fully aware of the definition of racist, but that's a strong accusation and is far from accurate. This property is kept up and maintained on a daily basis. Maintenance issues are handled immediately. Whitman Villa is a nice, clean
