The landscape is horrendous. No curb appeal. Management needs to do something about the overgrown hedges that line the driveway. Users drive in the middle the driveway to see where you're going. It's just a matter of time before their's an accident and a lawsuit. Management needs to improve the curb appeal. ' Landscaping.'.

I have lived at Leisure Terrace Apartments for 2 years now. I have come to really love the quiet atmosphere and the surrounding trees. I enjoy the wildlife that comes in and out, from the turkeys to the squirrels and the deer. After a hectic day, I am always happy to come home! The management is beyond diligent, which as a single person, I really appreciate. They are great at communicating relavent information and taking care of any issues you might have. It is a bit rustic, but access to the freeways and downtown Castro Valley and Hayward is very convenient. If you would like a peaceful place
