Ray Kethley was my attorney for 11 years addressing divorce and child custody issues for me until my case changed jurisdictions due to an out of state move. Mr. Kethley is very approachable and will always take the time to explain things in a clear manner that can be understood by normal people. He genuinely cares about his clients and the outcome of their various cases and trials. I used him for my divorce as well as an accident I was involved in and found him to be quite useful in both instances. This attorney took my money after he told me he was experienced in bad faith onsurance litigation. I put out of pocket nearly 5000 dollars. Which the attorney spent 40 dollars to enroll. Then he did not work my case at all and didnt file the proper motions of opposition. He sat on my case for over a year. Then he requested 10,000 more dollars and threatened to withdraw if I didnt accept some low ball offer. He refused to do as I asked him. Then Mr. E.Ray Kethley sent me an email proving that he had no clue about my bad faith insurance case in fact he referenced a non-existent third party which

I retained this attorney and he crashed my case into the ground. If I could give him a more negative rating I would. He took 5000 dollars of my money spent 40 dollars enrolling and then did not file the appropriate motions of opposition to protect the status of my case. He refused to give me a billing of my account to show me how he had spent my money. He took no action against the defendant State Farm Insurance though there was a proponderenace of evidence against them that made them liable for considerable damages . The previous counsel for State Farm had been replaced and I had them on the run
