Impressive. I don’t know what I was expecting. But, we all walked in and said wow. Has a true lodge feel with amenities also. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful.

The staff was friendly the shower was awesome. I'd have to say my favorite part though was the sheets. How are they so soft? What kind are they? I need some for my bed at home lol

Really feel as though the entire hotel is falsely advertised. Online they use the words luxury and top of the line, but there is nothing luxury about our stay. Granted the room is clean but it feels like any regular motel 8 or holiday inn. We’re staying in a king room with fire place and paid full price online through their website for $600/night expecting to experience “luxury and world class”. Their fitness center with a small room with two machines “out of service” their indoor hot tub is out of service and their restaurant and bar are closed. We selected this hotel because it said

All in all I was not impressed. Check in was smooth and the lady was friendly. The lodge was clean and decor was perfect for the setting. I do feel quite misled by the advertisement of “double pillow top with fine linen” for bedding accommodations. We stayed in a Premium King with Fireplace, the fireplace was a great addition and fitting for this stay. The bed and “linen” were sub par to say the least. Our 4 night stay was filled with tossing and turning on a very uncomfortable bed. The sheets haven’t seen fabric softener in several washes. There was an ample supply of towels. The massage

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Parking could put you far from your room so prepare for that. Check in was a bit chaotic but once in the room it was smooth sailing.

A little disappointing for $400 a night. Rooms are large and fireplaces are nice, but they could be cleaned much better. Breakfast buffet was pretty sad. Same thing every day - rubbery scrambled eggs, overcooked bacon, and dried out overcooked potato cubes. Ate at the restaurant one evening and it was especially bad. Everything sounded so good in the menu, but the reality feel way short of expectations. Better choice next door at the Wyoming Inn.

This was the biggest disappointment we have ever encountered on vacation. We paid $2,200 for three nights Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (it was advertised to be $1500!) and the first thing we noticed was the room was so dark that we had to use the flashlights on our phones to pick out our clothes. The AC rattled all night, the furniture is very dark and worn out. The shower had a regular spray plus a rainshower head which constantly dripped cold water. The exit door to the parking lot had a broken handle which was very sharp and extremely difficult to open, plus the rug was torn so bad it

The pool was nice, the room was updated and clean. The majority of the staff is very pleasant. My reason for one star is I called to order a vegetable soup. When it came it had meat ( I'm a vegetarian). Ok it happens and I just threw it out and ate other things. The next night I ordered a cheese pizza. I explained at that time to the girl what happened the night before and please make sure the pizza was just cheese. The food showed up with pepperoni. I called back to the front desk and asked for the girl who took my order. A girl named Melissa answered and was incredibly rude asking what my problem

Beautiful lodge. With black bear sculptures throughout hotel. Relaxing indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub and gym facilities. The tasty and fresh Breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh scrambled eggs, potato hash browns, bacon, sausages. The king plus room has a fireplace with large couch and large ottoman. It's luxurious! The large bathroom has a timed heater, with a large glass enclosure tiled shower. We Plan to stay here when we return.

We checked in late at 12:35am and were given a room at first floor. The next morning, we saw there were construction works going on with workers walking around and climbing ladders. Asked to change room. Were told that the new room would be facing the other side of the building with no construction. To our dismay, the new room also had construction vehicles outside our window and workers walking around!
We had some issues with the computer at the Business Center. The front desk (a guy) didn't seem too happy to assist us, he had a sour and unpleasant face.

Con: when reservation was made, specifically requested not to have to move (checked in early for tour group). Mentioned again when we checked in-told it wasn't a prob. Next morning, same person tried to tell us we'd have to move. Not happening.
Pro: absolutely wonderful breakfast. Fantastic young man clearing tables and helping you find a table.
Rooms are nice. Walking distance to some good restaurants.

The carpet is stained everywhere. The room was threadbare and got $400 had a view of the trash area. Very limited in room amenities and no info on surrounding area. Resort fee is a joke. I would not stay here again.

If you are COVID aware, there are no masks worn. Anywhere in the Lodge by anyone. We wore masks and were stared at.

This is an extremely poor value for the money.

Only stay at this hotel if you are looking for an authentic outdoor experience. Actually, staying out in the open range would probably have been cleaner. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the shower curtain smelled like mold. Hotel staff did change the shower curtain, unfortunately that was before we noticed a thick coat of dust on every surface and a pile of fingernails on the night stand. After multiple attempts we got the cleaning crew to come and 'clean' our room, unfortunately it must have been the same crew that had been cleaning for the year so the dust and dirt was not

Since I´m from Germany, I can´t really make it to Jackson Hole often, but when I do, I´d always love the stay at "the Lodge at Jackson Hole". Employees are super friendly, rooms are nice and clean as well as the pool and sauna. The breakfast was always a culinary delight. I have nothing to add but 5 stars. You guys deserve it.

Disclaimer: rating based against cost of the hotel stay. Nice hotel, just not getting 5 stars for the price you pay per night. Pool area very nice. Lots of room to lounge around indoor/outdoor pool with unique seating options. Bar and dining need a major upgrade to keep up with what you expect from "the lodge" in a tourist town like Jackson. Bar tender could make basic mixed drink depending on what they had stocked and menu was basic bar food. Continental breakfast was great with lots of options. Plenty of great places to eat in town just expect more from a place with this reputation. Bed was comfortable

I checked into the hotel yesterday and they informed me that even though I'm staying for 3 nights, they will not be able to provide maid services. However, they assured me that if I needed anything, just to call the front desk and they would have it delivered. This morning, I called to get fresh towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner and they told me they could not deliver it to my room. Additionally, when I checked into my room it was missing items such as conditioner.

For spending this much money on a hotel, I would have expected better service. I love Jackson Hole and plan on returning, but

Super Nice and Cute Hotel.
Very clean inside and our room was the cutest cabin vibe. Customer service was great and very accommodating. Pool is open and their bar is open also. Incase you were wondering for Covid restrictions and rules.

Breakfast was great and the servers were the sweetest! Just what is needed at the top of your morning.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL EVER!!
First, I booked a stay from Thursday-Sunday with them and upon check in the only room they had for us was room 133... first floor directly across from the staff and maintenance door. Starting from 4:30 in the morning till 12 at night all you could hear was the doors slamming every 2 minutes. It was impossible to sleep I had to turn the tv on full blast just to drown it out. Lady at front desk pretty much laughed at me when I asked her if her staff could be a little more quiet.
The cleaning ladies didn't show up Thursday, Friday, but finally cleaned the

This may be a nice lodge, I don't know. We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but our trip got canceled due to the snow storms that hit Dallas. We live in Georgia and was unable to make it because the airline canceled on us twice! The Lodge refused to work with us and refund us for any part of our stay. I understand if we had canceled because we just changed our minds, but the airline canceled due to the weather and offered no alternative flight. The Lodge DID NOT care. We are now out $1300 for the 2 rooms we had rented, and it was 100% out of our control. We plan to try again in the summer

COVID-19 review. Depressed our hopes of going to Hawaii in the summer were dashed, I planned a good-ol fashioned roadtrip around the Western US and have been wanting to go to Jackson Hole for nearly 15 years now after a co-worker turned me on to this place many, many years ago. The time had finally come and I was surprised that the hotels were so pricy including this one. However, the morning we were waking up in this hotel was our anniversary before going to the Tetons and Yellowstone so I thought we'd spend the extra cash and spend the night here. The pictures were beautiful I saw online

Dirty! From the outside the lodge is gorgeous and looks like an amazing resort! Once you step in, it's like a dark, dirty motel. The hallway carpets were gross and dirty definitely could use a replacement The elevators were rickety and stairwells were musty. Once in the room, disgusting. Carpets were just as bad as the hallways and they didn't vacuum because there were old snacks of popcorn on the floor. There was hair on the bathroom counter and you can tell it hadn't been cleaned. The main shower head was all rusted out and you can tel the shower hadn't been cleaned. Luckily

This place was disgusting! Our bathroom in the hotel room we were staying missed the cleaning. Everything else seemed to be okay in the room although it did smell of smoke. I've tried contacting the manager (Joe) 3 times. He's never there or he will return my call, which never happens.

I'm about to add the photos from the bathroom but I'm hoping he will see this message and contact me.

I'm not sure what else to do since I've already called and tried to get someone to help me when we were there.

Recent visit was very disappointing, the gym was closed and the breakfast was terrible.

Stayed here on a recent trip and the experience was subpar. Super pricey and the amenities have dwindled. We paid an arm and a leg to stay here for 2 weekday nights, twice what we paid over the winter season. The gym is closed. Breakfast is still provided BUT the quality is really bad. They have a few bruised fruit, yogurt cups, and premade egg burritos, everything tasted terrible. A huge disappointment compared to the old breakfast that was offered over the winter season.

In our room, the faucet was broken

This is a very nice hotel and rooms are large. The breakfast included was a choice of pancakes, burrito or egg sandwich. There was fresh fruit cups also. The rooms were very quiet. The hallways were very wide. The hotel had a cozy lodge feel to it. It was very clean. I would recommend staying here. You would drive to downtown.
