Great location. Staff super nice. Kept clean although the hotel hasnt been renovated, its fine. Only issue i had was spa could use a good cleaning ( but i loved the power of the spa) and they could add some meats/ eggs etc to breakfast even if charge for it. Overall, great stay for the price

Location is good and for an older hotel it is fairly clean. However front desk staff never answered the phone when we called with questions and housekeeping did not replace empty roll of bathroom tissue and since they didn't answer the phone we had to get dressed and run down to the lobby for more. Rooms could use a bit of updating, but again, it is an older hotel.

It was quite expensive, (due maybe that we booked a day before?) but still it was expensive. the place has a good spot, outside the inn you can just walk around and it is near the attraction places in pigeon forge. Free breakfast, cereals, pancakes, juices and coffees, hot chocolates. the room was spacious and we got the mountain view. there are nearby restaurants as well. parking is for free too.

Our stay started out great! There were 10 of us as a family visiting for the week of Thanksgiving. Two days before our departure a large family group came in for a family reunion. The young adults and children were extremely loud, running up and down the halls, yelling, hitting the doors and playing on the elevators. We had to call the front desk on several occasions. The first night the front desk seemed to get them to quiet down around 11pm. The second night, when this young man was working the front desk who did nothing but play video games the entire night, was horrible! This family kept the

Made reservations for last weekend. We arrived and what we found after entering the room was not what was indicated in reviews and pictures posted. If you have future reservations for this location you might want to see what the real pictures look like.

You can tell it is an older Hotel, but they have managed it very well. They worked with me in every way to be comfortable in my stay. The air-conditioning was having issues and they offered me another room at a discount. It works very favorable for anyone to be kind when it is easy to be angry. I need to remember this last line.

We had a great stay. The hotel had nice warm pools and the view was beautiful. We had a few small issues with the room. It was taken care of right away. The maintenance man, Bo was very friendly, polite and helpful. He did a great job fixing what was wrong. He was nice to my whole family. I will definitely come back.

This is probably the WORST hotel in the Pigeon Forge area, the room I checked in to last weekend (July 9th-10th) was still dirty!!! Dirty towels and rags still in the bathroom, sheets were popped, etc etc. Then after calling the manager. He said he would look in to it. Long story short, at midnight as we were leaving the manager chases us down only to be rude to us, wanting to move us to ANOTHER dirty room. We weren't asking for a free room, we just wanted it cleaned thoroughly because, Covid 19. Oh and the room he wanted to move us to was right next to ours that had dirty towels thrown over

We stayed here for a few nights back in early September while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. Its located in the tourist area in Pigeon Forge.

We had a room with two queen beds, kitchenette, and balcony. It was a nice and clean comfortable room. There is a large grocery store chain store right across the street. They have cooked items like barbeque ribs (falls off the bone, highly recommend) and rotisserie chicken.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. There is free coffee and ice cold lemonade next to the front desk.

They have nice amenities like a small gym, small outdoor pool

Okay so, right from the start you should know that my very own experience doesn't mean yours will be the same. My experience although, was great! The room was very spacious for me and my Girlfriend, the air conditioner was very nice and the staff was very very friendly! The pool and hot tub were great too! We didnt try out the game room but it looked nice and cleanish. Overall the whole place was nice, affordable and clean! We had a king size bed with a couch and stuff, one night, no discounts for $98.
If I had one complaint it would be that the bathroom was kindaaaa small.. but the pros GREATLY

I got this room cheap at hotwire for 50 dollars a night and I was not disappointed. They told me where to park for Dollywood. Room was bigger than I expected and it has a patio you can sit and have a drink to look out. You are near the pyramid exhibit as well and a Kroger which helped out a lot as the room had a refrigerator. I used their laundry facility too 2 dollars wash and dry. Then they have a game room and a nice pool. The only complaint is the ac was loud at night. Shower and bathroom was okay though and bed where nice too. They are in the process of renovations as you can see the

We stayed at Park Grove Inn in April! Never again! Checked out early. This hotel is filthy! Our bedding was stained, and dirty! went to front desk to tell them only to be told housekeeping left at 4!! So, I asked for blankets since we were definitely not using the duvets on the beds, and was told to come back later to get some, they didn't have any available at the moment. After coming back from dinner, I sent my son down to get a blanket, and when we opened it up! It was full of black, curly hair and who knows what else! At this point I was pissed!! Took the blanket to the front desk, and

When we arrived we were very pleased with the room it was clean and smelled fresh, but the bed was hard and prevented everyone in the room from sleeping. When we went down stairs to check out the person at the front desk looked as if we were troubling her to have her get up and check us out. We mentioned that the beds were uncomfortable and she had a bad attitude and just seemed like she didn't care and was just said some people don't like them some do I think he's replacing them soon.

Hello fellow yelpers, this review is for the hotel in pigeon forge, we got into town and decided to look at the rooms before we got one for the night came across this one and went up to see the room very nice and clean and the balcony was nice as we were on the 7th floor, the king was comfortable and the jacuzzi in the room was AWESOME, after driving all day. But the reason for the 4 stars is because after we looked at the room and came down we over hear the front desk clerk scolding another employee about his attire that kind of stuff needs to be done in a closed office, not in front of customers

We stayed there this week. Very disappointed. Rates were good but you got what you paid for. Staff was friendly and it went downhill from there. Rooms were dirty, bed was lumpy, wifi was non existing (they said it worked!!!), and the breakfast, well I've said enough. Much better places around. We'll never stay there again!!
