Really excited to see all the new changes to the community. Brittany is so friendly and knowledgeable!

Lived here for 2 years and the people are generally very nice. Yeah you have the occasional loud noise or construction but that happens everywhere in order to up keep things. Since the new owners took over anything we've needed fixed has been dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. The staff are friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of a major bus route. Schools, hospitals and even parks and grocery stores are a short bus ride or short drive away also.

Been here for almost a year now and just resigned my lease. It’s been nothing but a wonderful experience living here. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The property management have been awesome. We recently had a issue with our toilet and they fixed it right away. Brittany has been helpful with answering any questions that I have had during my renewing of our lease. I would highly recommend living here.

Very friendly staff and ample parking. Neighborly tenants and good dogs. A nice place to live!

I have lived in the groves for almost 4 years though it has gone through it's landlords and property management, we have never had any issues with the new management and property owners. We are very happy with the new construction and new looks to the appartments complex. Glad things are getting fixed. The new property owners have been nothing but helpful and when the old property management wouldn't fix things like leaving my family without heat for two months and or hot water for almost a month, the new management came in immediately upon knowing of the issue and taking care of everything. I

We just moved into The Groves and have had nothing but a great experience. The front office staff is inviting, respectful, and efficient. Brittany was our go to gal and she never disappointed! I understand there is now new management and from the great reviews I am seeing online now they came just in time. Completely recommend this establishment!

I have lived at the Groves for almost 3 years. It’s definitely had its ups and downs but after a recent change in management this place has completely turned around. Management goes above and beyond to help and you live next to everything and an amazing school. 10/10 I recommend.

I've lived at The Groves for about 9 months. After the new management took over recently, I have seen a big improvement with communication and maintenance. I have had no issues with the new management; everyone I've talked to has been very professional and helpful.
The apartment unit itself is okay. Nothing fancy. The walls and cabinets were painted with cheap paint, so it is kind of sticky sometimes. And, I'm pretty sure the people who lived here before us smoked, because the walls have produced streaks of orangey/brownish colors since we moved in, and we do not smoke. Luckily, nothing smells

Brittanie Dickson made our application process SO SMOOTH. She has gone out of her way to make us feel welcome. The location is super convenient and we love that these are family and pet friendly apartments. The grounds are well kept and everyone we've encountered so far has been super friendly! We cannot wait to get all settled in.
