Great place to live if you're single and don't plan to have pets, visitors or a home-life.
This community used to be fantastic. Our family was really pleased when we moved in. The original manager was kind, attentive and engaged with the tenants. When she left the take another job, the place went downhill.
The replacement manager was young. She didn't respond to issues, she didn't keep records of anything. Many of the maintenance requests were basically ignored and quite a few tenants got very upset. Several left after about a year, citing the manager as a primary motivator. It didn't help that
