I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and have had 2 different property management companies. Since SYLO has taken over, severely needed upgrades and renovations happened almost immediately. The property manager Louis, has been wonderful to deal with and is super easy to get a hold of any time which is awesome. Any problems I’ve had or maintenance I’ve needed was taken care of same day if not the next which is so important. And finally, during the pandemic they have been so positive, trying to keep everyone in the apartment community as satisfied as possible. In summation, I couldn’t

My wife and I have been living here since February and we have really enjoyed the new management team. As their first move-in at Parkwood, there was a bit of a disconnect with the leases being signed and used, but everyone here was really accommodating and listened well while we figured it out! It's a quiet community, good for people who like to keep to themselves; and it's clear that the staff really cares about making things as good as possible for the residents.
The only reason for the 4/5 is that the trash/recycling is a bit of an inherited work-in-progress, and our two larger-sized dogs caused

I have lived here for a year and not had any real issues. Even with a major fire happening in another set it never really set anything back. Maintenance always comes and quickly fixes any issues that I have had, and they are extremely friendly.
The only real downside to this apartment is that it is really starting to show its age, and the insulation in the walls is really lacking. It's a quiet community, and that is just perfect for me.

The manager here is very friendly and accomodating, we have never had an issue with staff and have never needed any maintenance in the year and a half we've been here. The pool and hot tub are clean. The gym really is kind of a joke though, its a walk in closet with a tredmill and an eliptical. You literally could not have more than 1-2 people there at a time. The only real issues we have is due to other residents. Like dumping their unwanted furniture by the garage area and leaving trash outside the compactor because they are too lazy to put it inside. Would give a lower rating if i could this place is a piece of crap, the neighbors or people living there are rude and watch every move you make and constantly complain to the management... I have a breathing machine for medical reasons and the office literally asked me to not use it anymore because the neighbors think it's too noisy... The pool is always full of leaves, the hottub is green all the time, their "gym" is a joke!!!!!!! They are way over priced they'll for sure take all of your deposit and then probably charge more on top of it, then give you a week to pay before sending to collections

Since Affinity Property Management took over this place has gone into the dumpster. Regularly trash is left in the parking lot, the management has a lackadaisical attitude, and the new residents have gone from nice, considerate people, to generally noisy and rude. I have been a resident of three years, paid all the rent and utilities on time, and have been flexible with them when the company made booking errors and over charged me. If at all possible avoid moving into this place while Affinity Property Management manages these apartments.
