My fiancé and I have lived here for 6 months, and it's been a terrible experience. Within two months of our lease, we had two floods. The second flood was the worst of then there was literally a waterfall coming out of my ceiling. We have 2 dogs, so when they put in the dehumidifiers and fans our apartment got overwhelmingly hot. So my fiancé asked them to put us in another unit preferably like the one we had then. But that wasn't an option so they put us in a temporary unit which they did and we are very appreciative of that. However, we did have plans of moving back in hoping that

I had to rent an apartment short term while waiting on my new home to close and the sellers needing rent back. First day moving in to this apartment the back door lock is broken, refrigerator broken, washer runs in hot water only mode, no outside lighting very dark and unsafe. (bulbs burnt out) kitchen cabinet drawers broken don’t open, I have placed maintenance work orders as requested by the office staff (my first day moving in ) and I’m still waiting for a response on when some of these items will be fixed. I pay rent for a functioning Appt and it appears to me that there is no urgency for

This is a beautiful place to live. On the outskirts of Gresham we have our own little oasis. The staff are positive and upbeat. The grounds are kept up beautifully. The pool is amazing with music, beautiful patio furniture, plants, and a laid back relaxing ambiance. The community is very quite and the neighbors are friendly and not all up in your business. This is a family oriented place and pet friendly. We absolutely love our home. I recommend The Arden for anyone searching for home a sanctuary to relax and enjoy your life. It’s definitely a luxury apartment home community.

Don’t move here man. First day we move in, ants. Several water shut offs, some without notice. Memorial Day our entire building all of the fire alarms are screeching. Also the stairwell we live in is the only one without a stairway to the road, we asked management to put sand in the grass in that area so it wasn’t so muddy and they said no. They seem perfect in the beginning then you start catching onto things that are just easy to fix, yet they refuse.

Some of the nicest apartments in Gresham. Good appliances and amenities here. Office people are friendly and if I ever have a question or issue, they are quick to fix or help. I also like that they try to do events for the residents, like having a food cart show up once in awhile!

€How much are you looking to pay a month?” I told the representative that they had apartments listed for a lower price online and he said “Which site are you looking at?” IT SHOULDNT MATTER! Amazing how greedy, and fast food these property management companies have become.
(Bottom line: watch your back if you rent from a place like this. If they have such ambiguity in their pricing, you can bet it will never be a pleasant surprise if there’s a rent change.)

I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last one on earth . NICOLE WOLFE has to be their worst representative. She will tell you what you want to hear , and completely ignore it.

First bad experience was when are car was towed our first weekend here because office failed to communicate parking rules. Also to the Worker lives inside the apartment complex around B so be careful! He's towing constantly.

Second bad experience our across neighbors constantly look into my apartment To the point we are unable to have our blinds open. Nicole told us personally it wasn't their first

As a guest here be very careful where you park. My fiancé had his car taken out of their parking lot, and that's when we found out about logging yourself into some type of system. They never bothered giving my sister-n-law any type of pass code. It's all a valid, apparently a valid tow. Office won't help you in this situation, and it's why we actually aren't moving here.

I pay around $1200 a month for an un updated 1 bedroom and I gotta say it's quite a deal. For 1200 dollars you get, electric sockets with one working plug. Every socket, only one plug works, very loud neighbors, cameras pointed at my back door, my car towed my first night here because the office was closed and they hadn't given me my guest parking info and still haven't four months into living here, and they even threw in an ant infestation free of charge!
The location looks nice but is beyond inconvenient because you cant turn left out of the property. For 1200 dollars you can build a better

The Arden is by far the worst apartments I have lived in. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The FPI management and the office people have no idea what they are doing! Shortly after moving in our water heater needed replaced, when they came in to replace it while we were at work, it leaked or exploded or something. We came home to water EVERYWHERE all throughout our kitchen and laundry room. All paper products we had, lightbulbs, clothes in our hamper, were soaked. They used our own clothes to "mop" it up and then we found them soaked behind our washer. We contacted management and

I felt the Management at this property was unprofessional during our application process. First off, they NEVER answer the phone. I know they have caller-id, so maybe they just didn't want to talk to us. Either way, the Arden is still unprofessional. My husband and I didn't qualify, and once that was evident Amanda and Jaeson from the leasing office were pretty rude. When I would call to respond to Jaeson's emails, Amanda would whisper to him like, "are you available", do you want to talk," and "oh god it's them again." The last time we spoke with Jaeson

THEY ARE SO HORRIBLE!!! They charged this guy TWICE as much as they charged me to apply. They also LIED when I called and asked if this man had applied. Gave them a name and everything. And they said they'd never heard of him, so they scammed him $90 and then lied to me and said he never applied!!! Not to mention they were so insane and rude they SCARED OFF WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY ROOMMATE!!! Are you kidding?!? I have to pay rent and they are literally scaring people off!!!! I am not only disgusted but OUT OF A ROOMMATE!!! They're not gonna pay half of rent for scaring off my roomie

I lived here previously (left in 2014) and loved it so that’s why I chose to move back. WORST decision ever! I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve only been here four months and regret it every day. Management has been pleasant, maintenance staff has been helpful but theft is a problem. Three weeks after moving in someone stole a very large pedestal bird bath from my patio. Came home from work and it was there, ran to store, was gone maybe 1/2 hr, came back and it was gone. This was in broad day light! Maybe a month later my daughter caught someone snooping through a box I had sitting on my patio

Horrible apartment complex. My bf
lived there and I am so glad he is no longer there.
They raised the prices up and their maintenance workers were never available. Please don't waste your money applying here. They will take the money and then try to find ways to decline you even if you've lived there before and got approved in the past with the same background history. The management there is shady, and if they're reading this then they need to take some advice and stop being shady.

Do not bother even looking at these apartments. It's not worth living there when the management and staff are absolutely terrible people that like to degrade their residents and flat out lie to them. They charge way too much money for the quality of the apartments and they truly treat you like sh*t. I was flat out lied to by one of the staff members there, Carlos Comini, which ended up with me living out of a icky motel room while trying to attend college. These people don't care about you or your family, they are only interested in getting your money. Don't waste your time- all

I previously rated this place 4 stars out of 5. I had almost no problems while I lived there. They were nice to our face until we moved out. When you read reviews of this place nickel and diming you when you leave, BELIEVE IT. I remember reading poor reviews about this place thinking, "Oh...these people were probably dirty and didn't clean when they left". I try to give the business the benefit of the doubt, because I know people aren't always justified in their complaints.

I cleaned this place when we left. I realize there were a few dings on the walls and a few stains on

I really liked living at Heatherwood Apts. The staff was great and I don't have any complaints. The company that owns the complex have put a lot of money into the property which made my stay even better. New park for the kids, new pavilion and bbq's, new siding that spruced it up quite a bit, finally some new pool furniture, and new exterior lighting that really lit this place up at night. I highly recommend living at Heatherwood Apartments.

At first glance it seems ok and much nicer than some of the other complex's in the neighborhood. Unfortunately it's really not that nice. I paid $935 for an apartment which was not even equipped with a microwave. My noise complaints went unaddressed and there is a known/continuous problem with transient's rooting through the trash receptacles. The pet stations are frequently left empty for multiple days and there is definitely a problem with mold/mildew for those apartments which back up to the field. If you stay for more than a year you can expect to add $100 per month to your rent

NEVER MOVE HERE!!!! If your neighbors decided to get a dog that barks all day, the office doesn't care. If your neighbors play their music so loud that it shakes your pictures off the wall, the office doesn't care. If the neighbors are drug dealers and regularly have the police raid their apartment, the office doesn't care. If you want to go swimming during the summer, don't live here, the pool is closed more often than it's open. Also, the playground here is a death trap, if you don't want your little ones to play on splintering wooden structures with rusty metal

Horrible on going experiance. When we moved out we took pictures of how the place was left. They admittedly took pictures with a blown up magnified camera making things not visible to the human eye appear. They wanted to charge us over $900 in damages. When offering them my pictures taken they said after 30 days they would file against us. Thinking this would lead to someone being willing to see my pictures and be reasonable with charges I was ok with this. I tried to file against them to speed up the matter but was told they would need to file against us for our voice to be heard. Instead of making

If you want to live at a place that doesn't take care of their grounds very well and then sends letters to you for having a piece of wood in the window to hold up your AC unit, because it is unpleasing to the eye, this is your place! If you want to keep a jogging stroller on your balcony, that is also unpleasing to the eye and can warrant you a $50 fee if not removed. Problem is, the apartments aren't big enough to store it. Sounds like a ploy to get more money out of the renter, hinting towards a garage.

Their trash containers are continuously overflowing, as they only dump them
