I called the corporate office. The main office are extremely helpful.
This Book By Owner is a franchise. The Breckenridge franchise can be described as, PITIFUL! After ten (10) calls, many messages and begging for a new owner package; I was told " I was overzealous and my business was not needed."
Imagine I am a BlueSky Resort owner, paying .45% and here I could get "the same" for about .20%. Who in their right mind says no to that. I did; and you should too!
The ten (10) calls were made in a period of approximately twenty-one days (21).
Just imagine:

I do not recommend this company, they are bottom of the barrel as far as Property Management Agencies are concerned . Nicole Guidi the owner, and Shana Lalley, the Manager, have significant integrity issues. I'm an owner and signed up with them. The first weekend I took possession of my condo, they charged me for cleaning. There was no booking made and no request for cleaning. Shana Lalley from the organization said, "I do apologize and it is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning for both parties." She agreed to remove the $175 cleaning charge. The bill came in and it had
