Amenities Report

To protect the health of our residents, staff, and guests, our community is a non-smoking community. Smoking is prohibited within twenty-five (25) feet of any building and/or common area amenity, or inside any building on the property. Dublin Square knows your furry companions are happiest right by your side, and that's why we allow up to two pets per household.

Floor Plans Report

Dublin Square Apartments and Townhomes has various studio, one, two, and three bedroom floor plans with flexible lease terms to fit your needs. Our floor plans off the complete applicance package including washer and dryer and full size kitchen appliances. While some of our homes have an attached garage, we do have extra garages available to rent too!

10/10 would recommend living at Dublin Square! The property managers (Lindsey and Vanesa) and maintenance are very helpful and always there when I need them. Never felt so at home at a property. 😊

Out of all my renting experiences, Dublin Square has by far been the best!! Everything is top notch from the maintenance to management. Lindsay and Vanessa are wonderful to work with. They are always so quick to assist and answer any questions I may have. Highly recommend moving to Dublin!!

I have lived on this property for two years. The office staff is (Vanessa and Lindsey) are simply amazing. They are courteous and quick to help with problems or answer questions. The few times I've needed maintenance assisted (the dryer wasn't hooked up when I first moved in and a slow drain in the bathroom) Cody, Phill and Jo showed up the same day the request was filled out even though I said it wasn't an critical. If I weren't moving closer to my daughter next month, I could have seen this as being my forever home.

I highly recommend Dublin Square Apartments and Townhomes for residents of Sioux Falls who are looking for a pet-friendly complex with a wonderful community!
Vanessa and Lindsay have done a great job creating community and managing the complex.

This has been a wonderful place to live. I enjoyed my townhome tremendously. It actually felt like a home.
I had to break my lease and the management team worked endlessly to find a buyer immediately to help me out. They have gone up and beyond. Great team and complex!

Everything about this place is amazing!! MOST IMPORTANTLY: Lindsey, the property manager is phenomenal. She is super helpful, easy to talk to, and very helpful! She’s made my year living here so great, I ended up staying here another year.

Dublin square was a great place to live. Apartments were in very good condition, the customer service was amazing and very timely responses for questions or maintenance requests. I would definitely recommend living here.

My husband and I have lived at Dublin Square for almost a year. This is our first home together and we could not have asked for a better place to start our lives at together. I have had some bad apartment experiences in the past but I am happy to report that Dublin Square has been nothing but a blessing. Maintenance is quick and respectful. Lindsey Wright, Property Manager, is super quick to respond to emails and goes above and beyond to make us feel safe and at home at this complex. I highly recommend Dublin Square as your next place to live.
