Have lived here for almost 5 years now. The property management is always willing to work with you if you're willing to work with them. I dont have problems with theft. I dont have super loud noisy cars waking me up. If I ever have a problem with rent, I'm never scared to go talk to Bryson and work something out with him. Great place to live.

Washington Heights is a pretty nice place. Bryson has excellent customer service skills. He even helped us set renters insurance and get all of that figured out. They are willing to work with you if you work with them. The noise level is pretty good here and the apartments themselves are spacious and good. Feels like home.

Washington Heights is a great apartment complex. Bryson, the property manager was top notch! He helped me out with finding a place when I moved to town with minimal notice. He was willing to work with me and show me multiple places. When I had a concern, he would fix it right away, and was very responsive to Amy communication. The unit was nicely updated with a really nice kitchen. I would have stayed longer had I not decided to buy a place of my own. They even have short term lease options available for those not wanting to commit to a long term lease! Definitely would recommend this place to

When I lived here on the second floor in number 206; it was all fine. Aside from someone with their motorcycle coming in at 1-3am blasting through. No one would do anything about it, especially when I had summer school that year. And the other issues I had was the price as well as when we moved out they tried blaming me for the spot on the floor that was already stained (when we moved in) and could not be washed out. They tried to make us pay for it after switching managements.

We moved in back in February of 2019, our lease will be ending here next month. The apartments are newly renovated, However we’ve dealt with a roach problem & the landlord has had pest patrol come out on a rotating schedule each month... However it’s gotten worse and the most they will do is put more traps down. I’ve sent in multiple pictures and nothing has changed, when we first moved in our floors were lifting which the landlord had known about and said “The previous company that had did them did not do them correctly & would be out to fix them” that was not done. Don’t move here unless you like the smell of body odor in the hall way. Trash, and garbage of all sorts in the hallway. The only person that actually did their job was Bobby. Lindsey didn’t take care of anything but a new blacktop for parking. These so called parking permits are nothing. our parking spots always takin up by those who don’t live there. CONSTANT UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS at 1-2 in the morning.
