Ive been renting from Llyod co for over a year! I enjoy having a helpful on site property manager, Diana. She is very helpful and always gets answers or my maintenance needs taken care of! They are always maintaining the property and its clran!

I have lived at Horizon Place Apartments for a little over a month now, and my experience has been wonderful. This is my first time renting a place of my own and Diana has made it an easy and wonderful experience. I wouldn’t have it any other way and am so appreciative of this amazing apartment complex. I highly recommend Horizon Place to anyone looking for a family friendly, affordable apartment complex.

I just want to say the staff are A1 I had my share of slumlords n ok landlords but the 1 here is actually very helpful and nice too and I'm not the type to stay at 1 place for to long but i truly can see myself living here longterm

Live in the next area over. These apts have the worst behaved children and residents. Management won't take responsibility since these kids 'aren't on Horizons property' when they assault, vandalize and harass people. It IS their responsibility. They are the ones renting to these hoodlum criminals. Broken car windows, BAGS of garbage thrown into our lot, fires are started in our lot, groups of kids walking through harassing my young children as well as other residents. Horizon did a complete remodel on their apt and they are already trashed. This place has gone into the gutter and I am surprised
