Horrible experience with Management. My husband and our 2 dogs rented from this Lloyd Management Complex on an Open House tour from Nikki Johnsen, who manages 3 different Lloyd Complex properties. From the very beginning communication was not good. We send texts and emails that would go unanswered. When we signed our lease, a copy of the lease was not provided and was promised that it would be delivered by slipping it under the door. That never happened. Emails, texts stopping by made the copy of our lease happen. June 4th, sent an email to Carol Green asking about our air conditioning and sent
