Don't be tempted by an amateur manager who makes big promises; we know what it takes to get results & have successfully helped countless local property owners. At Rincon Property Management, we manage properties across Ventura County and the surrounding areas. These areas include, but are not limited to, Westlake Village, Ventura, Oxnard, Moorpark, Camarillo, Newbury Park, Port Hueneme, Riverpark, Santa Paula, Thousand Oaks, and more.
We'll touch base with the customer and walk them through the options available for their rental property. As a thank you, we'll pay you 15% of the first month's rent for all new property management contracts. Sending us business shouldn't mean saying goodbye to your best clients; let us take care of your client's management needs and we'll refer all future sales back to you.
If your toilet is clogged, your best bet is to use a plunger to push the clog through the pipe. If you've already flushed the toilet, do not flush again or you may flood the bathroom. If you lose power in your property, please contact your utility provider before you make a repair request. There may be a problem with your account or a localized problem may be causing the outage (construction, weather, etc.).
We know moving can be stressful, but we do our best to help make the process as seamless as possible for our clients. If you're moving into one of our properties or you're getting ready to end your stay, take a look at the helpful information below. You'll need to pay the first month's rent for your property, along with the security deposit and any other fees at the lease signing.

Rincon has been very helpful thus far. They were very responsive when inquiring and the lease signing process was very simple. We are now settled in our new home and have had no issues so far. I praise Caylee and Kaitlin for their kindness and being available to help when needed. My only piece of advice for the Rincon team would be, as a Yardi employee would be to make the switch from AppFolio! ;)

My wife and I chose Rincon after an extensive search to support a second home we purchased in late 2019. We live on the east coast, so a responsive and trustworthy property manager was critical to us. I rent a property through Rincon Property Management and am extremely please with the way they handle maintenance requests. Dio is always very responsive and assigns a service provider to handle our issues promptly. I've never rented through a property management company before and kind of miss the relationship with the homeowner, but Rincon is amazing at keeping our home up and running and Dio is the BEST!

I've been a renter through Rincon Property Management for 1 ½ years. I work with Dio Lopez, maintenance coordinator. He has been professional and responsive to work with. Rincon makes it very convenient to pay rent and submit work requests through an online app. I've had a couple things that needed attention and my inquiries were responded to timely and fixed accordingly. Recently we had a sewage backup of the main which backed up into all the sewer lines in the section of condominiums where I live. We contacted Rincon Property Management (RPM) on Sun 2021/03/14 and received our first payment on Fri 2021/07/09. We held them up with our move out date so the process could have been even faster if not for us.
Marci, Peter, Stephen, Dio, and team were all very responsive and professional. This was across many emails (shoutout to Stephen) and a few scattered calls and in person meetings.
They made the process as hands off as possible which was an important goal for us, particularly for vendor coordination on renovations and peace of mind on compliance / legal issues.

I have used property management companies in Modesto, California and Clemson, SC, as well as Rincon Property Management in Ventura. Rincon has been the best service I have ever utilized. They have been invaluable to me for my property in Oxnard. Not only do they do a good job in finding and vetting potential tenants, they respond quickly to any issue and/or problem.
