Based on the evaluation of existing conditions, a report is prepared detailing the visual inspection and providing recommended methods of repair for areas that were observed with deficiencies.Commercial properties including apartments, office buildings, warehouses, restaurants, strip malls, and other similar buildings often require inspections based on the requirements of the owner, tenant, insurance companies, mortgage companies, and banks.

On short notice Mr. Cueto conducted a structural inspection of a deteriorated balcony giving us the information needed to complete the purchase of a residence. His report was thorough and reasonably priced. Discussing the balcony with him gave me a lot of useful info. Paul, his office manager was great in setting up the inspection. All in all, I would highly recommend Cueto Engineering.

They are reasonable and they took the time to accurately evaluate the issues and conditions of my unit. I appreciate their professionalism and prompt response.
