I did not like massages. They were always a painful experience. After a golf tournament on the Eastside, I was in pain and had a couple of hours until dinner; so I thought I would try a massage. I realized that it was not massages, but the practitioner. Since summer of 2018, I have been back numerous times. I have brought my wife and my daughter as well. Kwaun has helped me tremendously. I live in Seattle, but look forward to coming across the bridge for relief. She cares about her clients well being. This place is legit, not a seedy massage parlor. I highly recommend her.

I had my first massage over 10 years ago and wasn't the best experience. This crick in my neck has been bothering me for a couple weeks so a buddy recommend Kwaun. She asked questions and diagnosed the area that was bothering me in my shoulder and proceeded to treat the area with great results. I will definitely return for additional treatment as needed.

Don't waste your time looking further. If Kwaun's schedule fits yours, do it!
My first impression of Kwaun was over text message while trying to arrange a last minute appointment. She was very responsive and even adjusted her personal schedule to make time for me on a Saturday. That level of responsiveness and accommodation never stoped from Kwaun. The cleanliness and details you expect from a Spa at a very good price. Her office is set up for one customer at a time which provides great privacy and an opportunity to talk with Kwaun before and after. She took time to ask in depth questions

I have been getting massages from Kwaun for over a year now. I keep going back to Kwaun because she is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. I have been to more than several massage therapists over the years due to a neck and lower back issues, as well as a shoulder injury for which I had partial joint replacement surgery. Kwaun has been the most effective massage therapist for relieving my shoulder, neck and back pain. She is also very good at relaxation massages and goes to extra effort in making me feel comfortable. I can highly recommend Kwaun as massage therapist.

Excellent quality massage -everything was great - very convenient appointment, fast & friendly communication, very skilled and her techniques were customized to my ailments.
