I can’t say how wonderful Dr Spohn and her team are. Here’s a shout out to them all. You have been there in the darkest and brightest hours, gone out of your way for animals who wouldn’t have otherwise had a chance, and braved it all. I am forever grateful and in your debt. I thought the Vet was decent so, I went back a few times. However, when I tried to address a concern with them, they did not care and became extremely rude. As a previous reviewer mentioned they don't always give receipts nor, do they always keep track of what they charge you. They seem disorganized.

I was having a horrible day and screwed up the time of my appointment for my two dogs and showed up half an hour late. Dr. Spohn and her staff (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your names!) still made time for us even though we were clearly the last appointment there. They took the time to really listen to me, assess my dogs, explain treatment plans, all without feeling rushed. I felt like they really cared about the well-being of the dogs. I would highly, highly recommend Pawz to Care! Thank you all for your kindness!

I had to put my 15-year old Aussie down. She was with us since 2007... I love that dog and she was part of us. It was so hard. But, the receptionist helped me get through making an appointment. I thought I couldn’t even get that far. They were very kind to my dog and super patient with me. They explained everything and didn’t rush us. My dog kind of sat down as the premeds hit her and she just rested. And then she peacefully went to sleep and they administered the last dose. My pug Bubbles is limping for no obvious reason. Although not an immediate emergency, it was concerning enough to me that I have her evaluated as soon as possible. I was given an appointment four days later which is reasonable. Gayla, the receptionist, reached out to us the next day stating an appointment had opened up for that day! That meant so much to my family knowing that she remembered that Bubbles needed to be seen. We have always had a great experience with Pawz To Care however this simple yet kind gesture reinforced our thought that we truly have the best veterinary team!

I would like to take a moment to pawz to thank the wonderful team at Pawz To Care! I am visiting from out of town and had an emergency with my cat Zia. She had a run in with a feral cat and had a puncture wound on her neck that lead to an inflection. I did not notice at the time that it happened because her coat is so thick. By the time I did notice the wound it had become infected. It was about 20 minutes to closing and the office receptionist Gayla was really kind. Updating my review, my husband called them to inform them about the payment and not receiving a detailed receipt and they told him they sent it to the wrong email. I went back to Pawz to care on a Tuesday 6-23-2020 to return the preventatives. When I did return the preventatives the worker there(don't know her name) but she told me with an attitude "We saw your review on yelp, and just so you know we know all the Vets around this area" idk why she had to bring up my review and don't know why she had to bring up them knowing other vets. Felt like a threat, as if she was going

Took my dog here to establish primary care. Wow , great location next to the Freight House and super friendly staff . I knew this was the right place since speaking to Rita ( volunteer receptionist ) on the phone ! I would volunteer to help out here, too! Lol! The Doc was great and spent tons of time with me. It felt like she really genuinely cared about my dog. My vet tech was super nice and knowledgeable. Everyone was easy going. Even the other clients in the waiting room were nice . Shout out to Kevin the 3-legged office cat. He is darling and got along great with my dog. So happy I found this

I came here on the recommendation of a neighbor with pets as a very who was close, attentive, and not too expensive. I have three cats, one year old came in for a nail trim. My two older cats both had to go in last week urgently. on two different days, each cat stopped eating and starting acted strangely. They were able to get each cat in urgently. for one, he went in when the office was going to close early, and the other I was able to bring her in, leave her there, and they'd see her in between patients. the staff is friendly. strangely, they don't have the capability to fax and possibly

We have a houseful of pets (4 cats and 2 dogs) so it was very convenient to have a home veterinary visit. Dr. Spohn is wonderful and so caring. She and her assistant were very kind to all the pets and patient with them, making them feel comfortable. Our pets got all the best care without the stressful car ride. They made sure we had everything we needed and even mailed us some samples for our specific pet needs for free. I thought it would cost a lot but it was very reasonable, which was an added bonus!
