Robles Mexican Gril and Taqueria.... let me tell you, the "Grill" part in that name is no joke. The staff was patient and professional allowing my party of co workers and me to look over the menu. The staff ensured our drinks were filled by coming around to check on our drink status.
The food looked very Grilled. For instance one co worker ordered the Quesadilla and it looked grilled and fried crusty looking exterior flour tortillas. He said it was flavorful but oily and a little messy. My item was the Carne Asada Burrito. I cut in half, why not, a steak knife was provided for the cutlery place

Great customer service with friendly staff and owners. They are very professional and take pride in serving the local community. They offer large size servings of cheesecake, and 32 oz modelos and many different variety of beers. I recommend anyone to go here if your in the downtown area next to Fresno Community Hospital.

I ordered shrimp ceviche tostada and quezobirria tacos. It was my first and only time thus far coming here. My order was delicious and tasted authentic like home. I needed to add a little salt to my consome but i rather that than too salty. Ceviche was fresh but was not cooked all the way through in the lime so my best guess is they make it to order versus making a batch ahead of time. I didn't mind but i like raw seafood. I went on a weekday around 2 and it was not busy at all. I didn't see anyone at the front desk and did have to wait for a while to be greeted and seated. I believe they were
