Hyde Park was by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I was there 2017-2018 and I really hope to be able to move back there eventually. I truly miss it! There were some of those water bugs here and there but honestly.. whatever. It’s bound to happen with where it’s located. It wasn’t really a deal breaker for me. I LOVED the location, the gym, the pool was always quiet, I knew so many of my neighbors, the maintenance and office staff were so friendly. I dealt with some financial issues near the end of my lease and they worked with me as much as they could and I appreciated

I first moved to a two bedroom apartment with a friend in 2014 and loved it. When my friend moved away I got a one bedroom on the other side of the complex. I still love it here after almost seven years. The mature trees are amazing and a big part of why I’m still here. The management is nice and responsive. All my service requests are completed in a timely fashion. Occasionally I will get a water bug inside but it’s not surprising being around nature and big trees- the birds and squirrels are fun to watch imo.

My family and I have lived here for over a year and we love it! The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and they keep the apartments looking really nice! I really appreciate that Hyde Park keeps up with their buildings and landscaping so the outside looks nice. What is even better is how quickly maintenance has taken care of our service requests. I also love Hyde Park because it is a family friendly, yet quiet, complex and it is walking distance from Walmart, Aldi, and other shopping centers.

Been here for the past 3 years. What a great community to be a part of. The staff here are excellent in all areas. Property Manager Scott has been so great to work with and very caring to the needs that I have brought to him and able to handle them in a timely matter. Thank you Hyde Park for the hospitality. You all will be missed!!!!

Hyde Park is an attractive, quite place to live and located near stores you need every day. I like the gray and white wood structure of the apartments, along with the many trees on the property which give shade cover in the summer. It's easy to live in the floor plan I have. The management responds amazingly fast to service requests and repairs are done correctly the first time around. Check it out!

I lived in Hyde Park for about 4.5 years and enjoyed my experience. The location is great and the rent was reasonable. Maintenance was very responsive to any requests. I've had any issue you can think of (from light bulb replacement to AC unit breaking) and they met each request quickly. While there are roaches on the walkways in the night, maintenance was available to spray the apartments on Thursdays if needed. I lived on the third floor and was able to keep our apartment mostly insect free by buying the big roach houses and roach killing bait strips. People often kept their trash outside which

Have lived in my apartment for almost a year and it could not have been a better experience. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment is in great condition and any issues that came up were dealt with quickly. The maintenance staff (especially the head), are very friendly and are extremely professional. I highly recommend this complex!

Clean, Quiet & Friendly. I have lived at Hyde Park for a little over 2 years and unfortunately I am moving out soon because my office has moved. The apartment itself, and complex as a whole, is well kept. They spray for bugs and power wash the exterior and walkways to keep everything clean. It's in a great location and very quiet. The staff are very friendly and very responsive and helpful when I've needed anything. The pool area is well maintained and they host a lot of fun events in the clubhouse and pool areas. My husband and I lived here for over 3 years. The community was great, the trees and the quietness made it very homey. The pool was great and never very crowded, except for pool parties! Office staff was nice and easy to get along with, helpful for anything we had a question with. We just bought our first house, but if we ever had to move back to an apartment, we'd move back here in a heartbeat!

I recently moved here and I was told that my apartment is cleaned. I have spotted so many cockroches in my apartment. The kitchen counter is eroded but the maintenance staff never showed up.
The woman who stays in the apartment above me stomps like an elephant especially after 9.30 pm. There have been numerous times when I have woke up from sleep due to sheer noise of her walking around. I have even had to call cops twice due to loud party noises. I even complained to the office staff about noise and I was told they cant control anyhting about her walking around. Really not worth staying here
