We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

Mrs Jessica and Mrs Stephanie are so wonderful. Each day I come in to deliver packages from my job, these ladies always suggest ways on how to perform at delivering the packages in a better manner. I appreciate all the help they give me from helping me with the lockers to having a light snack on the road! I love it here!

I stopped by to look at 1 bedroom units and Jessica was immensely helpful, professional, and enormously cordial as well as her colleagues in the leasing center. The apartment grounds look like they were designed to evoke streets running through a residential housing community. The apartment I toured was spacious, clean, and well kept. Very high on my list of places to consider living in. The neighborhood surrounding the apartments are gorgeous.

Jocelyn O, Stephanie S, and Jessica C in the leasing office are not only incredibly kind and friendly but beyond helpful. Any questions are addressed immediately and in a kind and professional manner. They make the clubhouse a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere not only for me but for my dog Archie. Truly a pleasurable and comfortable place to live!

Bell Preston is such a beautiful neighborhood. I have lived here for 3 months and have enjoyed how peaceful the neighborhood has been. The office staff is always very professional and informative. I just love Stephanie who has the ability to be professional, compassionate, and down to earth! Communities need admin staff that can be as well balanced as she is. Jocelyn will keep you laughing and Jessica is super sweet.
