Boundary Village Townhomes

I use to love living here but something has went bad. I have a water faucet leaking work order in for a month. I need to put in another 9 work orders but they want fix it if I do. everything is run down and… they don't replace. they charge a pet insurance fee of 150 no matter what every lease renewal. in case my old cat tears up...there was more broke when I moved in than my cat could break in 9 live. I want sign another lease .. energy cost are low and assigned parking no much more I can say good. . the black stuff is mold i have to clean daily cause of mold from the leak

I would give 0 stars if possible. As soon as we were moved in getting in touch with anyone in the office became a nearly impossible chore. It took 4 months and calling the corporate office to get my dryer fixed. They like to tell you that they're understaffed and the townhouses are old, hardly an excuse for waiting that long for a 20 minute repair. Unfortunately lease is another 5 months and my washing machine has broken. And the one helpful individual at the corporate office no longer works there. I can't begin to express my irritation at the managemnt for being this incompetent.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My husband and I moved here about a month ago and signing the lease and getting it done was a hassle but then we moved in. DO NOT MOVE HERE Whatever you do you don’t move here!! This neighborhood is very unsafe! We thought it was fine at firsts for thought we got a good deal but then realized how unsafe it was after getting our car stolen!!! And there are no cameras in the community! Save yourself from this happening to you and spend the extra money and look else where! If I could give these townhomes a 0 I would!

This apartment complex was very run down, full of rude staff that lied and stole and was infested with roaches and other insects. Additionally, the staff was very unprofessional and the management was poor. For example, maintenance staff never respected the occupants and the noisy and disrespectful neighbors were never dealt with despite the cops being involved several times. If I had the choice between a cardboard box and this establishment, I would have taken my chances with the box.

Would give it a zero star if allowed. Apartment staff put penalty on my parking spot even though we never used anything but marked spaces and many times our neighbors used the other spaces wrongly. There should be some monitoring system to book the culprits not just randomly put fines on residents randomly. Can't wait to leave.

We can’t seem to get our lease- have waited 2 weeks. They never answer phone calls. Also applied for a townhouse with a private patio- the unit we were given does not have a patio. Still waiting on our lease… guys. Also breaking the fair housing laws by charging pet fees for my Emotional Support Dogs. But we have no choice in such short notice.

I was promised a lot of things renewing my lease and have received none of it. I've lived here for nearly 5 years. The new MGMT is a disappointment. My rent was hiked despite no upgrades. My countertops are crumbling (no doubt I'll be charged for that) and my appliances are 70s-gen. There are renovated townhouses with fenced in patios, hardwood… floors and new appliances. I have seen no upgrades. I've been offered upgraded appliances, a carpet cleaning (they were not changed after the previous tenant had an aging dog with incontinence issues over two years ago) and new blinds (easy to fix

I currently live here and have lived here 3 months - I have been quick to realize that management doesn’t return phone calls and apparently never answer the phone either! The pool opened super late this year (according to tenants I’ve talked to) and when I went to talk to management about it Meghan wasn’t even in the office in fact the last three times I’ve went in to talk to Meghan about issues she’s not been there I am greeted with a really sweet lady who can never answer any of my questions - so why is she even filling in if she knows nothing about anything to do with the facility

Nice quiet neighborhood and the location is great! Within walking distance from downtown cary and only 10 minute drive to morrisville, Park Village eating, entertainment, and shopping! The only thing is the prices go up every year with nothing to show for it. One pool, small park for kids and a small dog park. No car wash station, No gym, No clubhouse, Ive lived there for about 4 1/2 years never seen a roach, rat, nor mice but i must say its clean, landing scaping is done twice a week to keep everything looking nice and neat I just wish they had more far as amenities. ROACH INFESTED! DO NOT MOVE HERE! This complex and property management company are liars and thieves! The unit they are attempting to rent is infested with living roaches everywhere (there are videos and… pictures !) They have not brought the unit up to code and refused to allow us to see the unit until the move in date, which they changed several times. The assistant manager Meagan and the property manager Thomas have lied consistently and their customer service skills are piss poor at best. Boundary Village is an awesome place to live. The staff is very nice and caring and the neighbors are friendly.

Boundary Village is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The management is top of the line and always address any concerns I have quickly and efficiently. They always strive to make my experience living here as pleasant as possible. They are always professional and friendly. The maintenance team always responds to any problems swiftly. I have not had any problems with any if the neighbours and they are all friendly and willing to help when help is needed.

I lived at Boundary Village for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The location of this property is so central to places to go. They are right by the Green way and really close to a city dog park. Erica and Kim are such personable managers keeping up with our needs and always good for a quick chat when dropping off rent.
We actually experienced a bad neighbor situation for a while and both managers were so helpful in keeping us informed on the situation. They helped prevent a liar making us out to be what we are not. My roomie and I will always appreciate how they handled everything.
The community

I lived in Boundary Village for 2 years and 1 month. I would still be living there if my roommate did not move out with his girlfriend and I had to find other living arrangements. The property managers are the best I have ever dealt with. Quick to fix any issues, and work around your scheduled. They will also work to keep you there.

I lived at Boundary Village for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The location of this property is so central to places to go. The community itself is very diverse and full of lively kids that are rather well mannered and make you feel like you fell back into the 90s when all they do is play outside. The only reason we are leaving is because I am moving to Charlotte. Otherwise we would have stayed here for much longer.

Always super friendly admin, awesome neighbors, same-day maintenance requests, no persistent pests, and great price. No complaints here, wish there was recycling.
