If there was a way for me to give negative stars I would. The people that work for this company could not be more disrespectful or unprofessional.
We had an active water leak in one of the units we own and after calling into the emergency line to report the issue, we were contacted by a woman who said that it would be better for us to wait for the units water to be turned off so that the cost of turning the water off ($150) could be shared by another unit owner. She then said she didn't work 7 days a week and that we were interrupting her time at Costco. After she hung up on us, she also felt

Absolutely one of the worst ran organizations I have ever encountered. Staff that supports homeowners association seems to only be employed a short while. Not surprising! Seems a shame that I have to consider a life changing decision of possibly selling home due to the frustration of having to deal with Cornerstone Property Management.

Get rid of this company while you can. Chris Riggs does not know what he is doing.
