Services
We look forward to your first session! Schedule your initial 30 minute coaching session with one of our coaches to discuss your fitness goals as well as any physical limitations or injuries we should know about. We keep your daily workout exciting by focusing on strength training Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and Cardio Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
I have tried all of the others, and Breakaway is beyond compare. I get smiles and high fives every time I walk in, and I walk out feeling like an athlete after every workout. There's something new to try all the time, and the coaches are there to make sure I do it right without injury. Simply stated BFP is a family. You cheer abs you’re cheered for by the amazing staff and you fellow members. I’ve worked out in a lot of gyms and BFP is the place I have felt I belong the most.
The programming is challenging and very functional. You’ll work very important muscles that you’d probably miss if working out in your own.
The staff aren’t only instructors, they are also members. When they’re not teaching they may be working out right next to you. No elitist attitudes or judgement. Everyone wants everyone else to be better and reach goals.

OK. Time for an update. My first review was shortly after I joined in January 2017. That was nearly 5 years ago! I never thought I'd get as addicted to going to BFP as I have. It's awesome. I'm 50 years old and easily in the best shape of my adult life. I feel stronger and fitter than ever. The focus on functional fitness using weights, body weight exercises and some cardio machines allows for such a varied experience you never get bored. And the programming makes sure all your muscle groups are targeted. You are sore in a good way most of the time. Arguably the best part is the supportive community

BFP is like no other gym around. I don't wish the need for modifications on anyone, however until you need them you are missing out on this unlocked layer to all of the coaches. You don't realize how much knowledge, warmth, compassion, and expertise exists in them until you can't do what is listed for the workout that day. If you need to modify, keep going! They'll work with you until you're cleared to do what everyone else does while still challenging you!
