Hardy Boys conducted a very thorough home inspection for us this week. Johnny was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain his findings in person after he completed the inspection and answered all of my questions. He also provided a clear, detailed report complete with pictures of the defects, which will allow me to keep track and address the issues he identified. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided and highly recommend them.

Eric and partners at Hardy Boys Inspection Services are simply outstanding! Eric did inspections for us at multiple homes (ours and our son's). He is very professional, experienced and very detail oriented. He had caught for us issues that could had been very costly to repair. He agreed to reinspect to certify correction of the issue by seller. Despite being super busy all inspections and re-inspections were extremely timely and detailed. We needed an inspection done on a home, and done right away as we had a short window in which to decide on purchasing the property. Eric came the day after we contacted him and spent an entire morning doing a thorough inspection: from the roof, to the attic, to ceilings, walls, floor and foundation and everything in between. Very professional, very helpful, and took to explain his findings to me. In summary, an excellent service. The completed report, 45 pages of detailed findings with pictures and recommended actions, was ready that evening. IMO this is really incredible, basically within 24 hours

Eric with Hardy Boys Inspection is the most detailed and thorough home inspector that my husband and I had the pleasure of inspecting our new construction home! His report highlighted detailed explanations that a layman could understand. Beyond his report, Eric walked through all questions we had in regards to order of importance of items on the inspection report to help us feel well-equipped with how to handle questions to our builder. I am so happy with Eric and Hardy Boys Inspection services. Not only did he make his schedule work in our tight option period, but he is qualified to inspect the entire home (HVAC, pool, roof) and we did not have to coordinate multiple inspector appointments in the short time. Hardy Boys is great...but Eric is AMAZING. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. This is the 2nd new build he inspects for us. The company was recommended by our realtor after having many doubts about the first home we were going to close on. By saving grace, Eric was sent out to inspect.
