Services
Designed for men and women who are looking for a Beginner to Intermediate exercise program for weight loss of up to 3 pounds per week with diet recommendations included. Reshape, tone and strengthen while increasing energy and stamina levels. These classes are great fun while educational and intense.
Since that time, I've helped thousands of people (just like you) reach their exercise & fitness goals. No two people can train the same way, and no two shoulder or back injuries are the same. Each person requires a training program as unique as they are to get them where they want to be.

Ed Connors (owner of Gold's Gym) personally invited me to come to Venice Beach CA to train at Gold's Gym with the top Body Builders I had read about in magazines.Zook M. - At 83 yrs old fell down 13 flights of stairs & only sustained minor injuries due to 18 years of fitness Training. Arden H. - At 93 yrs old is still lifting 200 lbs 10 times due to 19 years of fitness training.
I owe my life to All Points Personal Training. My entire life I was heavy, really heavy. My senior year of high school, 18 years old, I got up to 275 lbs for a 5'10 male, I knew that I needed to lose weight. I became determined that I was going to change everything and enlist in the US Navy. With the assistance and direction of Tim Underwood I have lost 75 lbs and 12 pant sizes in roughly 3 months.
Our gym is open to women only Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Your trainer Belinda Range has over 20 years of experience working with women of all ages. We share more than fitness, we help create a personal plan for each women and their needs. You will get the chance to train one-on-one in the gym and learn first hand about Nutritional and Injury Aspects.

I have trained with Belinda for 6 months and lost 5” in waist area with total 10” all over. She reminds me to come work out which I would not do on my own
She concentrated fully on the person she is helping and is very supportive.
The workouts have also helped me with movement and pain issues

Beautiful place. Unfortunately, the bathrooms and visitor center are closed now and the Porta potties need service. But the falls are gorgeous and the trees are beautiful right now. We didn't give ourselves enough time to walk and see all of the falls. Lots of people there on a Sunday afternoon.

If you're seeking a smaller setting (versus a huge health club) & more individualized attention - then this is your place. Tim Underwood and staff really do invest their time and energy into their clientele. I've known Tim since the early 80's (from his first gym, Brutes Gym) and he's lived the discipline, knows the trade & has the extensive experience that can help you reach your goals. *For those who prefer training on their own, a large health club will do ... but for those who prefer someone to guide, coach, teach & measure their success, go to All Points.
