Practice times will be 8:30-9:30am Monday -Friday and include swim meets against teams competing in the BASA summer league, concluding with a conference meet.

Great place to workout, there's a lot of equipment, lots of space, group fitness classes, spin bikes, free weight area, lots of cardio equipment, and machines for isolation movements. Twenty four access makes it really convenient as well to workout during the non staffed hours. Gym is always clean and organized. You can also use all five locations if you are in Johnson City or Bristol.

Highly disappointed in how the hours recently changed...I have been a member of the women's fitness center for 20 + years and enjoyed it. Then just last week, without warning, the hours changed and close at 3 p.m. M-F. Called the owner but had to leave message...Quite frankly, this is rude and very unprofessional to not return a member's call. My contract ends in December and Will Not renew next year.
