You can schedule round-trip theme park shuttle service to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Universal Orlando for everyone in your party for a nominal per person fee. Our daily resort fee is $4.95 per day and includes complimentary parking, wifi, pool towels, and use of our fitness center. For everyone's health and safety, we may not be able to hold on to "lost and found" items.

DO NOT STAY HERE - THEY BROKE INTO MY CAR STOLE my family’s 3 passports , cash , and personal belongings , we reported it to front desk staff but it was of very little help since they “ can’t access” the cameras because the GM is out due to COVID - security could strategically prevent situations like this from happening - it’s very weird that thousands of dollars of stuff was stolen and there no cameras that point that way or there isn’t anybody anyone can do it’s very suspicious maybe the staff is on it just be careful when you do stay here .

Service was absolutely horrible, half of everything in our room was broken or non functioning as intended. We place over 5 orders to the front desk for clean sheets and pillows with no response or action being taken. Floors and bed have yellow stains everywhere. Absolutely disgusting, would never return or recommend anyone to ever stay here, unless you plan on sleeping in a HazMat suit. Pictures do not reflect the proper size or state of the rooms save your money go somewhere else.

Smell good and all over the hotel are kept clean. Good sized pool and hot tub. Few breakfast item like cup noodles and drinks are available in the reception for purchase.
No breakfast due to covid, but most of the hotels are not stopped it.
This is pretty decent hotel which is very close to universal studios, this has pool view so that you can watch your kids.
