We offer comprehensive general and preventative dentistry for the whole family. Our focus is on making your gums and teeth as healthy as possible, while keeping your smile attractive and bright. Also known as laughing gas, Nitrous Oxide is beneficial in calming a patient's anxiety before a procedure.
Altrice has been caring for patients for over 15 years. She is a Cobb county native and graduate of Douglas High School. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Atlanta Technical. Her goal as a hygienist is to help patients achieve optimal oral health with her positive and engaging approach. She enjoys shopping, dining at restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
Our Mission is to build a long term relationship between our staff and patients and provide quality, consumer friendly dental services the whole family can value and afford in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Dr. Rainford and his crew are the absolute best. The staff are so professional. The office is always so clean and it’s beautiful inside. If you are looking for a great dental experience, then Vibrant Smiles is definitely the place to go for all your dental needs. I have had nothing but great experiences each and every-time I visit.

All of the staff members are very professional and organized. Dr. Chea Rainford took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns and he made sure that I was at ease, with the work that was about to happen at that moment. He went into full details about my treatment plan and during my actual procedure, he took his time. The team is Awesome!

Unhappy with the customer service and inadequate amount of actual dentist appearance as well as assessment of my daughter's progress with her braces. I started going to this dental practice and also brought my daughter in for her dental work. The customer service has been off the last year. I have asked for the latest appointments due to my daughter being in school and with this last appointment I informed the lady we would be a little late being that we live 28 mins away and she is out of school at 3:45 PM. There was nothing said about a 10 min grace period. Our appointment was at 4 PM and

The office staff is nice. I'm a very experienced dental patient. I know procedures and the time that it takes when thoroughly performing them. I've had this particular procedure done before and the timing for my procedure was also confirmed by the front desk staff. I experienced a rushed procedure whereby I had to participate as the pseudo dental assistant [as one was not present during the procedure]. The equipment was faulty and spewed water on me, etc. This was my first and last time here. Returning to my long time dental office about 40 miles away... it's worth it for the quality

Tried to make this my new dentist, which is sad because i have money and I really need a dentist. But, everything happens for a reason.
I just wanted to find a new dentist because i take my oral hygiene seriously and i need lots done and I DON'T CARE how much it cost. All i wanted was to see if they would accept my dental insurance. But the receptionist (Jacqueline) the woman that I spoke to asked for WAY TO MUCH INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been going here for a couple years now with no issues. My insurance changed in May and, honestly I cannot remember if I'd given them my new insurance information or not. I went in for a visit, recently, and was told after my cleaning that they do not accept my insurance. Umm, why wait until afterwards? I've always had doc/dentists (even this office) verify beforehand whether or not insurance is accepted. When I first moved to this area, this particular insurance I have was accepted at this dentist.
So, I didn't really appreciate getting a service done that my insurance

Vibrant Smiles is a great dental office for all ages. I have been going to this dentist for a couple of years now and I have never had any complaints. The staff is always warm and friendly and the service is prompt. Out of the many dental experiences I have had, this is hands down the best office yet.

Staff member that I interacted with was not professional or personable. She rushed me through scheduling and then would not even call to verify my insurance. She told me that they would not be able to help me after my insurance told me they were a provider. Maybe it is because I am a new patient with new insurance. Office looks good though.

This is my 2nd visit. I have the worst teeth ever..so I will be in and out alot while I am here in town.
1st you call ask to make appt: the lady answering the phone will ask if u have insurance...she will gather all info and set everything up for u...bonus!!
2nd for Chea Rainford DMD...that is the dentist here, try to sum it up fast "awesome"
