I went to Austell Dental Excellence on December 8th, 2021 for a consultation for fast braces. I was told that my braces would be $3999 + $1000 (an up-charge for clear brackets). I was also told that I had a cavity on tooth 14. During my consultation, Dr. Hopper was being extremely condescending to the dental assistant, which made me incredibly uncomfortable to watch. He then disappeared from the consultation and never came back, so all of my questions were referred to a dental assistant.
I went ahead and scheduled my appointment to have my braces put on for the following Thursday, December 16th

Everything from start to end is wonderful!
From the moment I called them there staff was very friendly. My first appointment was on a Saturday which they had available right away.
My overall experience in the actual office couldn’t of been any better the hygienist the dentist assistant and the Dr. were very professional and great they made sure I understood everything and they made sure that everything made me comfortable in every step. Going forward I know this is my dentist I will stay with and definitely recommend this office to everyone!

I had an excellent experience during my first visit at Dr. Hopper's office. The staff greeted me in a friendly, cheerful manner when I arrived. They gave me a tablet to enter my info, so there was no stack of papers to complete. The wait time was minimal! Marriotte cleaned my teeth thoroughly and efficiently. He performed the most comfortable x-rays that I have ever had! Dr. Hopper came in to examine my teeth. He was very pleasant and friendly. If you are searching for a dentist, I think you would be very pleased!

I have been going to the same dentist for the last 18 years; however, he does not see kids. I have been looking for a location that would service the both my son and I. We came to Austell Dental Excellence for the first time together to get our teeth cleaned and the service was great. Very timely, clean, patient, and welcoming! We will be back!

Went to austile dental excellence today... My appointment was scheduled for 7 AM. And I was promised that it would only last an hour.. They kept their word! I had the best hygienist who cleaned my teeth. He was very gentle with me as I am a coward! You should check out this dental excellence place. You will not regret it!! They take insurance they also take patients who do not have insurance and work with you on a payment plan.. They are the best of the best!

My family and I switched here a while ago and ever since I have always had a great experience. The hygienist Mariette is gentle and kind hearted. The sweet dental Asst. Jerica is quick and painless with the X-rays. This practice is clean and comfortable and gives great customer service from the beginning of the visit until the end. I highly recommend! Thank u!
