My kids really loved it it was a great 1st experience /time on this Dental office. I was worried they wouldn't let me go back with my 6 year old he was scared and crying since I had been in the room for all his visits back in Texas we recently moved to Atlanta
this was new to us but they were comprehensive, nice and let me go back with him I'm sure for his next visit he will be ok by himself we just have to get that idea in our minds Thank you for everything Assistans , Hygienist, Doctor's.

MY son has been going to this dental office for some years. He is now 17 and the customer service has gotten even worse. No smiles anymore when you enter...just slap paper on the counter with no words..no explanation. Everyone wants to look like they are busy without even a small smile or hello. My son was taken back for a cleaning and when I ask to speak with the tech she sent him back with a message. They never came out to see what my concern was. After his cleaning..the tech or assistant can out to give me a quick report, but all the time calling my son a girl. Every word was SHE..when I went

I love this place my girls have been going here forever they always help me when I need it like with last min appt changes, and pulling teeth lol; my now 6 yr old love to go to them to get her teeth pull & cleaned. They come from the back with big smiles every time they go; that's why I don't mind them going to the back by themselves.

The 1 star is for Dr. Rose-Mize, who is kind & always does a good job, & Hannah, who was very caring & always returned my calls & did what she said she would do.
1.) Your appointment will be canceled, rescheduled, & canceled again.
2.) Don't expect the hospital coordinator to work with you or your insurance to get things approved - it’s too much work.
3.) Be prepared for them to take your children from you in the waiting room if they’re over 2 or 3 & return them to you hyperventilating in tears 😭
4.) Your children will fall through the cracks here, especially if they have a special need

After they gave me an appointment they changed it, despite my efforts to attend the appointment they refused to see them.

I tried again this year and once again they changed the appointment without my realization. I went at my scheduled time and they refused to attend to us. If you cannot handle disappointment don't go to this place, because you will be disappointed as they will change your appointment time. I was so disappointed. This is the first place I've experienced doing this.
