Services
The Florida Legislature established the Gold Seal Quality Care program to acknowledge child care facilities that are accredited by nationally recognized agencies and whose standards reflect quality in the level of care and supervision provided to children. We are proud to hold this distinction as an award for our high quality status.
In all we do, children come first. Their supervision, safety, caring, and emotional wellbeing always comes first. We consider that in order to stimulate children's learning and emphasize every positive opportunity for their growth they should have a voice in matters that can affect their lives and future.
Our relationship with Sunny Start began over 5 years ago. We chose Sunny Start Preschool because it was the cleanest and happiest "daycare" we could find. At the time, my daughter was 6 months old. I can tell you now that Sunny Start is so much more than that. For one, IT IS NOT A DAYCARE, but a true preschool.
Jennifer created A Sunny Start Preschool in 2012, dedicating her career to providing a loving, safe, and enjoyable experience to all of her students and their families. She is mother to her wonderful daughter, Natalie, and a godmother to four amazing kids! A perfectionist, Jennifer prides herself on paying a great deal of attention to the inner workings of her school.
Our advanced curriculum and Kindergarten readiness program are the hallmark of our preschool. At Sunny Start Preschool students graduate our program knowing how to read, write, add, subtract, and count to 100! Below you will find just a few of our unique programs, which are included at no extra charge.

Sunny start preschool has been an outstanding experience. my daughter has been attending sunny since she was 2years old and in a couple of weeks will be graduating VPK and moving on. the school is full of dedication, warm hearts, and happy smiles. we have grown as a family, both with our teachers and with the parents that also attend sunny.

My daughter graduated Pre-K last year and attended A Sunny Start Preschool since she was two and she loved it. Now my youngest daughter, who is 16 months, attends the school. The teachers and staff always look happy to be working there. I'm a teacher as well so I expect a lot from a school and this school has surpassed my expectations. I am always at peace when I drop off my daughter. One of the best things is the app that the school uses called Tadpoles. I highly recommend A sunny Start school! My son started when he was just 10 months old. In my search for a daycare for my baby I wanted the best and thank God I found them. Currently my son just transition to a new class and I could notice in his speech how much he has been learning he is more talkative and love to help out..All his teachers since he started daycare have been lovely they care so much for our children that’s why when I leave him to go to work I feel at ease that he is taken well care of.. the best part also is that they send you pictures through the day so you could see him doing

My son who is now 2.5 years old, has been at a Sunny Start Preschool since he was 3 months old. This was the one and only center I ever visited. From the moment I was greeted I felt welcomed and was impressed with the center. Having to put him in a school setting at such a fragile age was nerve wrecking. I have never regretted that decision because of the amazing care and love he receives. All of the the teachers, administration and staff are compassionate and the class activities are great for the little minds. My boys have been attending Sunny Start for 2 years now! They started in the 4 year old class and the 2 year old class. I have found all of the teachers to be so warm and welcoming--and truly loving. They both have learned SO much during their time at Sunny Start, and with it being one of the more affordable options we explored for them, we couldn't be more pleased. My youngest loves to be a "helper" in the morning and, instead of dismissing him, the office staff and his teacher are always very patient with him and find him various jobs to allow him to feel helpful. A Sunny Start Preschool is beyond amazing. My oldest who is 9 now went there and my younger son is now going there. The teachers have been and still are amazing with the kids. The patience and love they have for the kids its just amazing. They treat them with respect and care like if they were there own. My son that goes there now is excited every morning when he gets there. I've never seen him like school like this before. My oldest when he went there was the same way. A Sunny Start has been absolutely amazing. Our daughter previously attended a different preschool, and the difference is night and day. The teachers are loving and attentive, the school is clean and secure, and she wakes up every morning excited to attend. The school sends photos of your child throughout the day and balances an educational environment with a fun and engaging atmosphere.

We were looking for a perfect place to send our three children when we were very fortunate to have found A Sunny Start Preschool. Excellent place full of caring teachers, High staff to student ratio, and every one of those staff clearly care deeply about the kids.
