I lived in Parkwood Apartments in Sunnyvale and I honestly can't complain. I lived comfortably in this quiet, safe apartment complex (and neighborhood) for the entire time I was with Parkwood. I left to relocate back home but have nothing negative to say about this place. The manager was very kind, professional and very responsive to all of my inquiries as well. This is an excellent neighborhood, with top notch schools (reason I moved here). I highly recommend it.

Very nice and peaceful location. I have many friendly neighbors. Apartment not fancy, but it is nice. Management is on top of things like maintenance and issues , like noisy people. Recently had an problem with a neighbor playing tv/music really loud on weeknights about 11:30 at night and they must have been given a warning note because they have been ok recently. Been here one year almost and will probably stay at least another.

Very nice property, I found the laundry rooms and grounds are very clean. My friend lives here and I love to visit and sit by the pool. When my friend had a maintenance issue it was taken care of the same day. I was impressed. It's such an oasis from the fast pace of the rest of Sunnyvale. Right across the street from 2 parks, really cool.....Sometimes kids are out playing, but when the door is closed I don't hear them. Nice Place thumbs up!

I have lived here for nearly 7 months, i do enjoy it here, its very peaceful,
i do my morning walk and i have to say, the tranquil atmosphere and the flowers are a great way to start my day, I really do appreciate the efforts the Manager Tracy puts her own time and efforts to help others, it's refreshing to know someone cares, also i would like to recognize the gardening staff, great job as usual, always positive, always have very nice positive things to say. I do Thank you , My family thanks you.

Small apartment and expensive. The rent was affordable when I moved in, but the rate at which they increase the rent is crazy! Laundromats are more clean compared to their laundry room. Smallest swimming pool ever and a tiny (8x10) gym in the name of amenities they offer.
Be ready to have a lot of bugs in your house, thanks to year round construction work (that's the reason they gave when I complained, apparently I was supposed to be more grateful for that construction work they were doing for us). Lastly, don't expect anything in return from your security deposit.
