I recently moved into the apartment. The move-in experience was very good. Dakkota, the leasing specialist, walked through the whole process in minute detail, to the extent of accompanying on the pre move in checkin, to even demonstrating the parking facility.
Such attention to detail and friendliness, takes away a lot of pressure from the move in.
Looking forward to staying in this apartment.

Having lived in Naya 18 month, I'm overall very satiesfied with the living experience.
1. Apartment is very quiet. The walls are very sound proof. I have never heard any sounds from my neighbors (one of my neighbor even has a dog). My room is facing W Oliva street. There are just few cars running on the street and noise is quite small. Only thing not very fond of is there are leaf cleaning in the morning which is pretty loud, but it's only once or twice a week so it's tolerable.
2. Location is rather nice. There is a shopping center next to Naya which has UPS, CVS, Indian market, Indian and thai

Naya is a great place to live ! Construction and layout of the apartments are very good. Amenities are awesome. And location is amazing - close to shop, restaurants and highways. The complex is well-maintained and always clean.
The leasing team - Tom and Dakkota are super friendly always willing to help. Maintenance requests are treated with urgency. All in all , I would highly recommend Naya !

We have been waiting for our security deposit refund for an entire year. Three months ago, they told me they had issued me a check which I never received it. Last week, I called them and they told me the deposit is used for move out cleaning. I trusted them and asked them to provide me the document to prove the cost breakdown of move out cleaning and they agreed to provide it to me later. Finally, I never heard from them anymore.

Naya is a great place to live! The building is super clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym, the club house and the pool are never crowded. The pet spa is super convenient! I really liked living here and the only reason we moved out was because we moved to San Francisco. The move out process was super smooth, Molly, the manager, is awesome!

I am living here for more than one year, apartments are really beautiful. Staff is really helpful. Communities area and the gym is a great size. I love this location. apx 2 mi is downtown( lots of food options), walkable distance grocery outlets (i.e Safeway, 7-Eleven, Felipe's Market for fresh fruits & vegetables also Madras Groceries for Indian food) Make my life super convenient. No need car for daily shopping. definitely recommended

I have lived at Naya for over a year and renewed my lease because I'm so happy with my experience. The location is very convenient since I commute to the north, south, and east bay; the property is safe and secure and I never worry about my packages being delivered or my car in the gated garage; the amenities really make it feel like resort living; it's quiet and I've never had any issues with noisy neighbors; management is friendly and responsive to any concerns whether it is related to the property or my own apartment. Long story short. I love it that the apartment is next to a fresh grocery store, and it has very new gym. However, I hope Naya managers could care more about the previous residents.
We have moved out for over 4 months, but had very hard time getting our refund for last month's rent and the deposit check back. In fact, my roommate and I got $0 back from our deposit.

It’s now been over two years of me living here it started off really good but recently it’s Became a trashy apartment complex.The hallways are always dirty, light fixtures are covered in spiderwebs and hundreds of bugs inside them I live close to the garbage Room at first I thought it will Be convenient which was no problem when the trash room was constantly being monitored Now It smells of rotten food that sometimes lingers in the hallway it’s embarrassing to bring my friends and Family over. Don’t rent near the trash rooms. If you need to communicate with the office it’s best to do

I came to take a look at an apartment over the weekend and was pretty impressed. I love the city of Sunnyvale and wanted to stay in the area. The woman at the leasing office was so kind and patient with me - I asked a ton of questions! The place definitely feels luxurious and has the gym I’m looking for. It’s 24 hours (my current place has hours that don’t fit my schedule)! The pool had a good amount of people there which is a good sign. :) They don’t have a one bedroom for me yet but when they do I’m hoping to become a resident.

1. The facilities at Naya are very convenient to use. There's a 24/7 gym, a swimming pool and a few BBQ racks to use.
2. The location is great. It's near 85 and 237, and there are shuttle stops to Google / Facebook in walking distance.

Naya has been our home for the past 2 years and 3 months. I have lived in different complexes in the Bay Area (from Daly City to San Jose) and Naya at Sunnyvale is by far the best.

Came here for an apartment tour but unfortunately they did not have any top floor units. Had there been availability I would have rented because Molly went above and beyond in assisting me with what I was looking for and had another good suggestion.
I'm giving a 5 star for exemplary customer service and integrity from Molly. Again, had there been a top floor unit I would have probably rented the unit

I've lived in Naya for over a year and I would say this is the best apartment I've ever lived after college. This place is clean, quite, in a very good location, right next to car wash/gas station/grocery story, has plenty of visitor parking space, maintenance guys are so friendly it makes me happy to see them everyday. Neighbors are very friendly as well.
Why did I gave three star then? There was one time I received a package notice from the leasing office, I really wanted the package but the office closes at 6, so I left work early at 5:20 with unsolved bugs and project manager keep

Naya is probably the best residence complex I've ever lived in. All amenities are modern and maintained pretty well. A huge gym/yoga studio with new equipment in the clubroom and a number of barbeque grills (almost-always-available) in the courtyard are convenient. Also, a spacious swimming pool is a bonus, particularly in summer. The designated gated-underground parking lot is advantageous so you can keep your car clean and secure. The in-unit noise was typical when I used to live in NY, but I've never had any critical issue since I moved to Naya.

I visited Naya today to find an apartment. I was very excited to take a look at this beautiful property. As soon as I walked in a young lady stood up and asked me if she could help me. I said that I was looking for a one bedroom and love to see what they had available. She told me that she was going to lunch and I should come back. She did not ask for my name or my contact. As I was walking out I saw another young lady from another room coming out. I was not offered to be toured by the other lady. Maybe she was at lunch too!

I love the location close to supermarkets and freeway entrances. I am very satisfied with my unit it feels very new age, the amenities are very well designed the gym has everything you need for a good workout.The office staff and maintenance crew are very responsive to any problems that have come up so far. I will review this place again closer to the end of my lease and give my final thoughts.
