Often water shutoff. It happens once in a month atleast. Sometimes they inform and tell the water is going to shutoff in next hour.Ants and snails community.

Lincoln Glen is a very nice complex apartment, I stayed there for 2years, it has a nice small pool and a tennis court. I lived there in a one bedroom apartment, the new management lead by Hope Smith significantly improved the complex, she is very responsive and works on improving many aspects of the complex and on creating a warm and friendly environment. I would recommend the complex for people moving to Sunnyvale

Great location. Clean and comfortable apartment. Safe territory. You can always swim in the pool or play tennis. Our son loves to play in the yard with children after school. Neighbors are very friendly. The staff is responsive, always quickly solves problems. Recommended for families with children. Excellent Stocklmier elementary school.

Zero stars. Frequent complete water shutdowns without prior announcement. No solutions even after multiple issues. People have to get water from swimming pool to take care of emergency. What a pity.

This is BEST LOCATION without doubt!!
Sunnyvale Community Center, Safeway, Dollar Tree, CVS Pharmacy, Many Restaurants and El Camino Real are within half miles distance.
I have stayed here for almost 2 years from 2017-19. No issues what soever. 1BHK units are a little smaller than standard size in market but features/amenities that you get here are no lesser than anyone else.
Management is always there at your service. Fairly equipped fitness center, tennis court and good enough pool.

I recommend Lincoln Glen Apartments to anyone looking for an updated, intimate apartment complex that is centrally located. Everything about this complex is warm and inviting. The staff is welcoming and always able to answer any concerns or issues right away and if there are any maintenance problems, the service request response is fast and accurate! I appreciate Lincoln Glen because I always know that they are there to help and provide the best customer service !

I asked for initial inspection, but they ignored my request and did not make this inspection. After my move-out, they sent a huge bill for clean. Actually, I did a really carefully clean.

Moreover, they charged utility fee bill which belongs to others, and then they send another bill of $232 for one month utility fee.

Lincoln Glen is such a nice community and the office staff is really nice and professional. I had an appointment to see a couple apartments and the agent Christian was great and really listened to what I was looking for in a home.

We stayed in Lincoln Glen, Sunnyvale, for over 4+ years and recently moved out. We had a memorable stay in Lincoln Glen, Sunnyvale. The location of this apartment complex is very close to Safeway, Target, restaurants and Indian grocery shops, and also it's a very safe place.

I also want to thank the current Lincoln Glen's property manager, Christian Blancett, for helping us in our move out process and making it simple. Chritian Blancett is very professional and at the same time understands and thinks from the tenants' perspective and makes sure that they are happy.

I stayed here for 6 months, and I had a good experience. Maintenance service and the property manager were great. I moved out to save a couple extra bucks so moved into a room in a house.

The property manager, Christian Blancett, helped me a ton and made my move out experience super smooth and easy. She was friendly and all around helpful!

Horrible service. They not only refuse to answer questions about available units but also hang up a phone on you. They are disrespectful and totally non-helpful!

Having been built in 1973 and not having been well maintained, Lincoln Glen Apartments of Sunnyvale, CA has had better days. My apartment's sliding doors, bedroom window and entry door have gaps and need to be replaced. The climate of Sunnyvale makes this not much of an issue in summer, but an annoyance in winter. Heat is supplied by electric baseboard strip heaters, which is one of the most expensive ways to heat.

Stayed here for a year and enjoyed it. Although the rent is slightly high compared to other places in the area, cant really complain. The water bills do go up slightly in the summer. The surroundings are well kept. The apartments are in a great location.

Great value for the South Bay! We're paying about $2150 for a one bedroom with water and sewage adding another $60-70 and PG&E costing $20-30. Pretty spacious with decent quality appliances - sadly no microwave unlike most apartments in Houston and even my old one in SF. The laundry cost is half the price of SF and uses a rechargeable card payable by credit card at the gym by the office, open 24/7. Very convenient! Gym is tiny with only 3 equipment but most people don't seem to use it so it doesn't seem busy. There's a TV there too with very limited channels. Management

Not at all worth. Bad maintenance service. Does no repairs. Does not deserve even a star...

One of the worst places to live. The kids are always shouting and playing near your patio. No privacy, poor furniture, and noisy neighbours are few things to mention. People keeping the nearby area dirty shouldn't be surprising for you.

I had worst experience in this community . They will cheat you in all aspects .
First of all Rents will be higher compared to other apartments near by .

Lease Breakage policy is not good . Tenant end up paying the rent untill it gets occupied . Even you wont get the advance amount you have paid they will deduct all the amount saying on the name of cleaning .
Black fungus in the bath rooms will spread like any thing if you dont clean it by week
