Location on King was great, so convenient to everything historic Charleston has to offer. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't use it again til departure. Everything was very walkable. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and the amount of space was unbelievable. Large open living area and kitchen with 2 comfortable bedrooms with en suite baths. Everything was clean and updated. Our only hiccup was poor communication regarding check in. The website said contactless check in but we never received instructions on how to access our room. I called 24 hours before our arrival and left a message with

Horrible customer services and roaches!!!
Before the roaches, I was thinking about giving this place 3 stars just because the suite was really "nice" and the bed was super comfortable. I didn't like the fact that housekeeping only comes after you leave (I can go to an Airbnb for that). Customer services was still horrible from the beginning..
Backing up to Day 1, they sent a text with check in instructions. Go to XYZ room with a code for the front door and room number but no instructions for parking. We arrived at the "office" which was empty, no one answered the phones, no voicemail setup, just

We booked a room about a month in advance for our wedding night. We had pretty good communication up until the week of the wedding. They sent me a blank email that was supposed to be check in information according to the subject line. I emailed them asking for clarification and got no response. My husband and I got there right after our wedding to check in but there was no one there to let us in. The lobby was closed even though we got there before 8p. My husband and I called multiple times and emailed too. We were left without a place to stay for our wedding night until we found a last minute
