Worst company I ever worked for in my 18 years of Healthcare! They don't care about their employees at all! Show very little concern & compassion for their residents. Staff are extremely overworked and then yelled at for what wasn't done. The schedule changes daily, you never know what or where you are working. One day 4 of us cnas were told we couldn't leave at the end of our shifts or we'd be charged with abandonment because they didn't staff anyone to come in and we alerted management early in the morning. No 2 people in management are even on the same page. We work with more staffing agency

One of your vans passed me in the fast lane on interstate 77 South in Canton Ohio. Your van was doing at least 70 miles an hour in a 50 mph construction zone, cut over 2 more lanes and got off at the Harrison Ave exit. They almost hit me cutting across the lanes.

Very poor food. No residents at my location are happy with how the kitchen is operating. I mean two small scoops of potatoes and gravy with 3 meatballs on top...
