Our purpose at Preventative Health is to shift the focus of healthcare from reactive medicine to proactive preventative care. We do this by empowering our participants to take charge of their health by facilitating and delivering comprehensive corporate wellness programs. Our services are NO cost, NO deductible, NO co-insurance with VALID insurance.

We bring our services to you by tailoring our programs to meet your organization's needs. This enables participants to achieve their health goals. Danielle was born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho, until she later moved to Boise, Idaho where she attended Boise State University. While at Boise State, Danielle attained a Bachelors of Science and Radiology with a Business Management Emphasis.

Dedicated client services staff to provide single point of contact for your wellness needs, including clinic promotion, logistics, registration, and organizational support. Confidential health screening that includes lab results sent directly to participant with follow up recommendations and educational materials (All lab results, recommendations and educational materials are reviewed by licensed Provider (MD, NP, PA).

I got my COVID test on the 3rd, with my mother. The person who did our test said our results would be back by the next day, guareenteed. My mother and I waited and have been waiting for 3 days now. I need to know my results for work and school so this is quite frustrating.
Today, my mother just got an email on her portal information and results. I still have got nothing. Just wondering why the communication is off with this place...

Why are you billing people $100 for the Covid-19 vaccine? From what I’ve researched this is not allowed and the federal government wants it reported to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Update: HRSA says that clinics are not allowed to bill vaccine recipients for vaccine costs and this is reiterated by the federal government across the board, as well as by several news outlets: “May not seek any reimbursement, including through balance billing, from vaccine recipients.”
Regardless, I have provided my most current insurance so they can re-bill that vs. the federal government

Had a health screening today that was verified over the phone. Was told I wasn't covered. Called them up, and was laughed at and disrespected over the phone. Poor communication, poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Moon really spends quality time getting to know you. She is very sensitive to your needs and her office staff are very helpful and fantastic. Highly recommend their clinic.

Zero stars. They couldn’t pay me to get treated there. The worst “care” with no follow up or returned calls when you are in really bad pain and the doc forgets to sign prescriptions. It’s truly awful and such a shame because I really thought I liked them my first couple visits.
