Check the website, click on Meet the Providers, and count how many they have. One. They used to have at least 2-3 others, including my previous doctor. I’m not going to share hearsay, but I will point out the facts. Be wary. With the owner now being the only provider left, and despite multiple requests to stop, I get messages from their new support staff, with a phone# from Sunnyvale, CA, to sign up for “remote patient monitoring”. Seems desperate

I am a relatively new patient, who rarely needs to be seen by a practitioner, so when I do, it’s because I NEED to be seen. Sue and her staff bent over backwards to make the experience at Bella comfortable and easy. I have had no trouble getting timely appointments and the care has been attentive and thorough. I look forward to a long relationship with Sue and Bella Family Healthcare.

Yesterday Sue Jardine became my Primary Care Physician. My primary for 25 +years is retiring. He was good but a traditional western medicine doctor.. As I was searching for a new partner in my care, I asked two questions? Will they be a partner in care? Would you have them treat your Dad?. Sue fit both.
I walked in and was treated as a person--not a billing number. After a n extended time I left as a partner in the Bella Family Practice.

I felt welcome from my very first visit. Everyone was friendly and actually listened to what I had to say. A very thorough health history was taken by Sue on my initial visit, and I can tell she will be as attentive regarding my future health as she is regarding the factors leading up to my health today. Glad I found this group of healthcare professionals.

Sue is the best!!! She listens to concerns and problems with all her attention and helps greatly in the process to feeling like a human again! I've had issues with my thyroid for years and years. Sue is the first one to actually try to change what's going on and get me back to feeling great! I highly recommend her and this clinic to anyone and everyone! They are professional yet not stuffy, so relatable and down to earth! I have enjoyed my appointments with Sue...which is weird but she just makes you feel like old friends right from the start. They are wonderful!!!

My first visit with Sue was this morning and I have never felt more heard by a health care provider. She listened to not only my concerns but to my thoughts on what could possibly be the cause. It was like chatting with a friend. She is warm and genuine. The office is clean and very welcoming. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I’m so glad I was recommended to see Sue here at Bella. It was such a great experience with her welcoming demeanor and professionalism. She really listens to you and wants to help you with your medical needs.
Laura is nothing short of amazing, she also was so welcoming and polite. Plus, her blood draw skills are pretty great too!

My previous provider retired and I was referred to Bella's. I am so happy that I was! I have only just started my care here, but I scheduled an appointment for what I thought was an isolated issue and Sue sat and listened and talked with me for over an hour about what I was experiencing and connected multiple dots I hadn't connected myself to form a whole new diagnosis that completely explained so many of my untreated issues that other providers have simply put bandaid-prescriptions on for the past 5 years. She immediately got me set up with tests to confirm a diagnosis, and in this first appointment
