At The Yard University Apartments, you have the choice of a furnished single or shared bedroom. Our two and three-bedroom homes are extremely spacious with a gourmet kitchen and cozy living room.

Nothing but good things to say about the property itself as well as property managers Julia and Jacob. They are both extremely helpful with quick responses and easy accessibility via text or phone call. The move-in process was very smooth, and Julia and Jacob were there to help. The complex is beautiful and I am extremely excited to live here.

I’ve had an amazing experience ever since I moved In. Julia and jacob have been amazing and we’re supper friendly. Julia made sure everything was clean and working properly! I’m supper thankful I can trust her! The apartment was beautiful with all new furniture! I would totally recommend everyone to live here!
