These apartments are old and run down. in 20-21 the conditions deteriorated the appliances are very old since it was build in 1986. there is $250 non refundable deposit and $500 if you have a dog. when you move out you are required to get the apartment professionally clean or pay them $150 for them to clean it it's been it's been 38 days i haven't received what is left of my security deposit. they end up keeping most of it. while living there i made them aware of holes in the roof and bathroom of the apartment. it took them months to fix. the maintenance people were spread to thin

I was looking to move in with my wife and daughter, looked into the 2-bedroom apartments but was very disappointing. The apartments looked way better in the pictures than in person. They are old, in the outside and inside. Dirty and old-fashioned. Didn’t like them at all for the price they charge. Very unfortunate.

The maintenance man tried to break in my apt. I hear my door unlock. I happened to be home. He said wrong apt. Don't you usually knock first? I happened to be sitting on the couch right by the door. My car was in the shop. They have been in there before and knew I had nice things to steal. The office said that's not thier problem. Well it sure is mine. I don't like to be robbed. My dog likes to run out too. Luckily I was home. Slum lords!. Why is sprinkler watering my front door and the sidewalk? I want in? Tow truck company steals the cars. The owner lives right down the street

This is a special shout-out to the Maintenance Staff at Palms of Boca Del Mar - The staff is very professional and my requests get answered the same day - My alarm went off one night I dialed for emergency and someone arrived within 15 min. Amazing !!!!!!!!
I never worry about them completing a task - its comforting!!!
The office staff is great and assists quickly!!

I had a great experience living at Palms for 2 years. It is a very clean and safe place. Maintenance crew are the best in town, very honest and always there when you need them. Office itself is a little strict which I understand, but at the same time, this place is too expensive.

I have been living here for a year now with my children and The Palms is beautiful and kid friendly! We always take walks around the ponds and all the amenities are a huge plus. The pool is very clean and spacious with not one but two pools, a hot tub, and an outdoor grilling space. The office staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ms. Torres. They have helped my family and I through the hardships of covid and we're very patient and understanding during these times. I am very grateful for them. Most importantly a big thank you to the maintenance staff! They are the most hard working group

I’ve been living in this community for at least 6-7 years and every year I say that I’m moving… but never do. I’m really satisfied with everyone at the leasing office and the maintenance crew as well, they provide a great and professional service, they are very responsive on both ends. I have zero concerns when it comes into having repairs done while I’m out of my apartment. I really appreciate the great sense of community that all staff members have created for everyone living here. The amenities are fantastic! The renovated gym is great plenty of equipment with a lot of space to do

Have leased a corporate apt for over a year. The gym has been shut down for over eight months because of the pandemic and only three people are allowed in at a time during business hours. Management takes your temperature prior to using the gym. They removed all of the furniture from the pool because of the pandemic. No guests can come to the swimming pool. Pandemic started over a year ago and management has not adjusted the accommodations we are paying for yet all of South Florida is open.

I truly enjoyed my time living in Palms and I was sad to have to leave as quickly as I did. I had a one bedroom apartment and it was the perfect amount of space for one person providing a large living room with a skylight/wood floors and a separate laundry area off the newly renovated kitchen which is hard to come by under one roof in Boca with fair pricing I might add. If it wasn't for my work I would have loved to stay there being that my unit was surrounded by quiet respectable neighbors and had a view of the tennis courts and lake. I have lived here for 2 years now and the palms of boca Del Mar has become my home. The staff at the leasing office has always been extremely helpful and accommodating to my situations. The macitence team is friendly and always is here quickly to fix any issues that occur. It's very dog friendly community and there's are lots of pups everywhere which is also a plus for me. It's a perfect place for roommates especially in the 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms as the rooms are basically identical and both feel like the master. It's also in a good location making it pretty easy to get anywhere

I have nothing but great things to say about this property! My mom and I moved here last August and we couldn't be happier. First of all, the staff and everyone in the management office were beyond helpful and amazing. From day one they helped us find our perfect apartment. I would like to also state that the maintenance team did such a great job, and were always there when needed. Lastly, the location of this property couldn't be better. So close to everything; shopping, major highways, and beaches! I would definitely recommend this property.

I'm very happy to be able to say I live in this community. It's in a great location, very clean and management is friendly and caring! I receive updates via email all the time that keeps me informed about what's happening. I have children which makes it a plus that there's many parks near by, great schools and the mall for us to visit. I would definitely recommend family and friends to move here too!

The staff really takes the time to get to know their tenants. They've always been extremely understanding reliable whenever something went wrong in the apartment. Reliable and QUICK. They apartments are cute inside, definitely homey. Location is great. The community always has fun little events on weekends and holidays, many being super kid friendly. Just a nice little place to live in a very good area.

I have lived in this complex for almost nine years. The office staff is always nice and professional and the same goes for the maintenance staff. My a/c broke and the maintenance tech came in the middle of the evening to install a portable unit until the problem could be properly addressed today (very early the following morning). My neighbors are friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Lauren, T, and the rest of you. You have made these nine years an absolute pleasure-Jimmie

This place has made a huge turn around from the time I started living here.
ALL maintenance has been updated, A new management team took over and the outside grass and pest control has become a lot stricter. They do weekly cleanings and extra upon request (I haven't had to since the my first one when I moved in). The appliances are new and windows were redone. Over all a 180 turn around.

Rented for 7 years and other than an exploding water heater, three broken air conditioners, and a washing machine that flooded the unit I didn't really have any problems. Then I tried to leave.
I spent 30 minutes in the office three months before my early move-out date discussing when I needed to leave and what charges I needed to pay. She handed me a piece of paper clearly showing that if I moved out after staying six months I would pay one month's rent in early termination fee (about $1200). They scheduled my apartment to be gutted when I moved out, but I still had to pay a $120

I stumbled across this place after checking out a nearby apartment complex. Even though I'm sure I literally asked a million questions, not once did the employees ever make me feel like I was bothering them. They tried their best to answer my questions & were even accommodating w/ my moving situation.

I lived there for more than 2 years and should have left after the 1st. (Look for yourself on apartmentratings.com there are numerous complaints!) They are too happy to take your money on move-in but they do nothing for you after that!
Complaints are ignored... rules and regulations are not enforced...prostitutes, drug users - anyone can and does live there!
When you move out, they get you for anything and nothing.
BEWARE!!!! Go elsewhere!!!
