We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

Living in the property for the past 26 years I have since then enjoyed my residency. I had a maintenance issue worked in the most professional , accurate and clean manner to perform and resolved the matter. Edgar the maintenance professional explained the details and if there was another maintenance issue let him know from 1 to 10 Edgar got a 10+

A dear friend was looking to move to the area in mid March 2022. While touring other apartment communities, we felt rushed and hurried out the door. But Lynn at Bell Boca Town Center showed us the model, amenities and spent time answering all of our questions. She put his mind at ease with this life changing move. He is looking forward to moving to Boca Raton and making Bell Boca Town Center his new home.

Have enjoyed many aspects of living here until recently. We have managed as residents thru all the changes of COVID (no fitness center, new pool hours, etc). I picked this apartment because of schools and close proximity to everything. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN and are considering this apartment, I would move on. There is no place that is kid friendly. Kids are expected to play “in other apartments” with their friends, or on a small hill next to the dog park that leads down to a canal. Why is there a space for dogs (tho they bark to the point of nuisance + many are not picked up after) but no space
