As stated by others, and I cannot stress this enough... 1. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
2. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PROPERTY.
This company will not value your time, they will not respect your tenants, and they will mess with your money.
This company is the epitome of poor customer service. They have absolutely no desire to act in the best interest of the home owner and zero desire to respect tenants. They will violate your right to quiet enjoyment of your property and they will disrespect you if you ever attempt to contact them.

I am an owner and have used Write and Associates as my property management company for 2 years. 'Frustrated' is the best word to describe my experience with this company. I find that it is difficult to reach someone in the office or to have my calls returned. I find that days go by before my emails are responded to, that is if a reply is ever sent. There are often errors on my owners statements and on more than one occasion I have been double billed for the same service! Records are vague or unavailable. If you value your time and money, respect your tenants, and appreciate your property, put it

Dan and his staff are true professionals. I have been working with Dan and his staff since 2005. He managed one of my property for over 10 years and was very detailed oriented. They informed me of every detail that needed to be discussed and provided input on my questions or concerns.
Now, Dan sold my house in 1 day. He got me the highest price, this I know because the bank appraisal was actually lower than the sales price. Dan even helped me with repairs on my property. He and his staff communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Dan and his staff to any of my family

When I am a property owner I will NOT be seeking their services.
They made current property owners miss out on a stellar long-term tenant. Dan was not helpful when showing rentals, couldn't answer basic questions about the properties including obvious problems. Christina was delayed in responding or not responsive at all. They lost an excellent tenant with excellent credit, verfied reliability, and spotless references.
On the flipside, as a tenant, would be concerned if I had to deal with them if I needed maintenance or other property help.

The entire team at Wright & Associates was fantastic to work with. The COVID 19 pandemic greatly altered my moving plans but they were extremely understanding and willing to work with my situation, Christina and Sylvie were great and easy to

We spent the last 18 months in a rental house managed by Wright and Associates. They have been our favorite management company to work with during our last 6 military moves in 10 years. They are easy to get in touch with and are very quick to schedule work needed. I would happily work with them again. Thanks, Christina (who seems to be the face of the rental side of things) for all our hard work!

Dan and Christina went above and beyond our expectations in our home rental process. We couldn't be more thankful! Quality homes for rent in Colorado Springs have been hard to come by, I'm glad we chose Wright & Associates, we have not been disappointed. Dan and Christina were polite, helpful, and respectful.

Probably the worst real estate company I have ever encountered. They do not help you, nor do they care about you and your questions. They don’t EVER contact you, and trying to get a hold of Dan is impossible. They’re shady as hell and Dan dodges all your calls. You have better luck working with a rock. Also, if you put in an application, they don’t ever call or contact you about the status of your application. You have to contact them, which is hard enough as it is. I’d give them 0 stars and a middle finger if I could.
