We meet with every one of our members one-on-one every 1-3 months at an 'athlete check-in' appointment to measure their progress (Inbody body composition scan, attendance review, goals check in etc.) and write them a new 'prescription'. Everyone's prescription is customized based on our conversation during your appointment.

If you're in Charleston looking for a new gym: We start everyone with a free one-on-one meeting (workout optional) with a coach BEFORE attending a group class. If you're visiting from out of town and looking to get in a sweat with awesome people: Dropping in at our gym is easy. One of our coaches will be in touch to get you all setup.
Group Training is one of the core components of our programming. Don't be nervous, EVERYONE starts with a one on one meeting to help you figure out the best program for you.
